University Bridge Residences

I live in The One and am extremely disappointed in the high end property that I am paying a premium for compared to the other buildings. They were behind schedule and cut corners in building the property. The ceilings are unfinished concrete with construction drawings all over them. Not only that, but they also only have primer on the walls and doors. Also, on most of the doors in my apartment there is dried dripping paint and even paint drops that were dried all over the floors when I moved in. The quality of this build is very low and they rushed it to move people in so they could take our money.
On another note, they installed the meters wrong on many of the units in the building and are only using ESTIMATED READINGS to charge for usage. My estimated bill per month for the 4 bedroom I live in is in the high 300's every month split between 3 people because one room is not filled. I have been trying to fix this issue for 4 months now and it is still not fixed and I am locked in paying the utilities every month that I don't actually use. I also know your company pays the utility bills out front whether the residents pay or not. Somebody is making the extra money from using overcharged, estimated readings for the meters and charging residents separately so we do not know what the actual usage is. I know somebody is making a lot of extra money from my building illegally due to the meters only going off of wrong estimated readings and not actual readings. This company seems to be scamming many people in my building through overcharging for utilities and would suggest not living in any property they build if this is how the building ends up doing utilities.

I live in 109 Tower and I am already being negatively affected by this apartment building that hasn't even finished being constructed...I would like to personally file a noise complaint with University Bridge Residences. I have called the Miami Dade non-emregency multiple times to file a complaint. Every night from 1 am to 5 am, besides Sundays, there is a construction company that makes excessive noise right outside the building. They seem to be drilling into the main road which is very close to my building. My window and balcony face the construction making it extremely loud and difficult for me to get any sleep. I understand that they are in the process of building University Bridge Residences and that is great, just they should only be doing construction during the day. They are in violation of the following ORDINANCE.... "Sec. 36-6. Construction equipment.(1) Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day on weekdays, or at any time on Sundays or holidays, such that the sound therefrom creates a noise disturbance across and at a residential district boundary or within a noise sensitive zone, except for emergency work of public service utilities or by special permission issued pursuant to subsection (c)."
