Green Briar West Apartments

well todays is 01/17/2025 I been living here for 10 years total , went to Doral , but came back after 2 years , Dog friendly, pools always clean  , a lot of nature, staff and service people are very nice and every time I need something to be done in the apartment they act quick and you can even request it by the Mobile app  which I love  , the very few times I need to go to the office , most of the time Lourdes takes care of me  , she is a  very sweet person , I havent got any issue with the parking I guess people dont read emails or papers from the condo updates that very few times happens , there is a security lady with blonde hair , she is very nice and friendly too. They are remodeling now the structures of the buildings which are looking good BUT  noise after 9 am if you staying at home its not good and if you have dogs they will be nervous but there are solutions for that .Only concern is I guess cause people throw papers in the toilet , very few times they clog the pipes affecting on my case first floor apartments But staff acts quick doesn't matter the time .

This month I needed some help and I spoke to the manager Lillian, and she was Absolutely Outstanding! Her patience along with her excellent customer service is why I Love living at GreenBriar Apartments.

I have lived here for more than 10 years, I lived during the time when the first owners were managing the property and it was fabulous, then with the second owners we had a first administration that was disastrous in my opinion, it allowed the property to lose value in a short time, Now with the new administration we are returning to better times again.
