WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN MIAMIII!!!! The security guy with long hair, around 50 years old, has an extremely bad attitude with the residents, he came to my apartment giving attitude because we were parked in a part “supposedly” that we cannot, the supervisor, is another indecent person who tells him that Call the police on us if we don't move the car, I have lived here for almost 10 years and this is unacceptable, I have never had problems with anyone who works in the condominium before. We live in building I and had to park all the way to 24th Street. Instead of sitting and talking face time like we've seen him do before, him and his supervisor should be more aware of cars that have been stolen from the condo instead of putting up warnings and calling the tow truck to get money. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very unprofessional I talked to Connie by phone to find out why is my dad have to move out and she was very rude. She told me that they don’t have to give any explanation about why they are not renewing the lease and that he have enough time to find where to go but with a really bad attitude.Also how you ended a lease to a disabled person without any reason or at least an explanation. My dad is disable and I’m really worried about this situation of him moving, finding an affordable place and in top of all this person make me feel really bad with her bad energy and her horrible actitude.
