Great complex !! Excellent service from office staff to maintenance crew. Office staff incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions or issues. They make it easy for you to file a maintenance issue and it is quickly resolved, the maintenance crew is reliable and well mannered.

Hello Sharon, Yes, due to us being an Income Restricted/Tax Credit property, we do have a waiting list that's closed. Our waiting list has been closed since January 2023 and we are not sure when it will open up again as our occupancy is very stable.
