I want to buy here, but an HOA of $500/month, for a Clubhouse that I am NOT interested in, no way José!!

This place is so terrible 👎 I moved here paying 3100 a month and the place is so bad one light in the elevator doesn’t even work it’s ashamed I had to move here to find my car being towed consistently because management won’t even pick up to give me a decal they claim it’s the landlord but no one picks up or gives me a proper decal so watch out for alpine they call them in even if you live here such corruption. Most times this place isn’t clean and they don’t care what happens no one responds or do anything don’t move here if you don’t want a headache

Horrible HOA. They will pick and choose what rules to enforce when, and with whom, so long as they are benefitting financially from the situation. Do not recommend whatsoever.
