I love everything about living here at V ...
I love everything about living here at Ventura Pointe. From my initial tour to my on-going interactions with the office staff and residents, everyone has been extremely welcoming. I made the best decision last year moving here.

If you want to get high off the smell of ...
If you want to get high off the smell of weed coming through the vents. PLEASE LIVE HERE. The people do not pick up the phone and answer. I can not even have my god daughter over which is one year old because the apartment it’s disgusting smell and air quality wise AND MOLDING. There is dog pee and poop everywhere and the elevators smell like piss. I feel like I live in downtown orlando. Not luxury at all. Poor customer service just terrible.

I recently had the pleasure of touring the beautiful Ventura Pointe and I couldn’t be more impressed with what they have to offer! From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made it feel like home. One of the standout features for me was the stunning community clubhouse. It boasts a sleek design with plenty of comfortable seating areas, perfect for mingling with neighbors or hosting friends. The indoor/outdoor floor plan was to die for.
I also appreciated the pool area, particularly the sleek and modern outdoor decor. My daughter loved it as well.
Moreover, the leasing staff was friendly and knowledgeable, specifically Ms. Caldwell, ready to answer all my questions. Her attention to detail really stood out to me, making the entire experience feel pleasant.
I can definitely see myself living here and enjoying everything it has to offer!
