Villa Bellini Condominium Association

I wish there was not star to give. Worst condominium ever . Do not ever rent in this place. I just had a bad experience with the parking . I went to visit a family member and when I was parking the security came up to me with a very bad actitud saying that after 6pm no one who does  not live in the condominium can park which does not make sense because most people go to visit after work . The office never notified the tenants of any parking change since it has always been till 12:00 Am not 6pm . I think is very disappointing ,disturbing , and disrespectful of the association of taking this action without previous notification. I’ve never seen a condominium where they force their tenants not to have anyone to visit because most visits are made after 5:00 pm. The condominium has business with a towing company where they pay the security guy to tows vehicles . Shame on villa billini association and those who work there .

I am given them 1 start because I can not leave it empty. It is disrespectful that visitors have to leave the complex before 6 pm. They get paid for towing cars. The securities are without any manners or education. Stay very far from this place. Rents are very high, and you don't even have the right to bring a visitor to your place. Stay away from this place. They don't let anyone in the visitor parking lots after 6 pm. They call the tow trucks to tow your car for a meeting. Security employees lack total education and procedures. The rents are super high and you don't even have the right to bring a friend to your apartment to visit you. The management is the worst.

The towing of cars in the community is uncontrolled. There are no places for any visitors nor the regulatory ones for the disabled. Even when you give your place to a family member, they tow it to you. This is inhumane to live there. Even prisons allow visitors

I have lived here for three years and every day I am more convinced that it is useless, when I arrived the cockroaches wanted to get me out and it was difficult to get rid of them, parking is an ordeal! 1 assigned and when you arrive tired from working! Nothing is busy! The streets fill with water like the canals themselves! I really don't recommend renting or buying at BILLA MIERDILLl to anyone.

Good to start in this city. But services too hostile the pools are never active like the recreational areas. Insufficient parking. The conditions of the apartments are 4 out of 10.

The alleged manager of the association was the most unpleasant person of all. The worst costumer service ever. If you are thinking about buying or renting this property you better be clear about the visitors parking rules cuz I'm sure there's others nearby properties with much better options than this. I felt like I was in Cuba, where those who have a little power take advantage of those who don't. The manager of this association is an unpleasant and rude person, a rabble and a flip-flop. I will make sure as a real estate agent that no client of mine is interested in buying or renting in this property. Most likely they are doing business even with the tow truck drivers.

False advertisement! They give you $100 fines for everything no warnings! Pools are not fully open after the pandemic that was their excuse then I don't know about now. They raise the prices a lot every year. THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE!!! I STILL KNOW PEOPLE THERE IT'S A DESASTRE.

The worst place to live, the ladies at the association office are unfriendly, they do not help solve problems but on the contrary they complicate things more. I know of cases where they receive underhanded money to solve a problem, how bad!! Parking is a problem, everything turns into fines and fines, that's if they love it. I do not recommend this site because of the association
