reason for deduction wear and tear  beyond normal
we wrote objection writing letter ,but no one care your hard earned money is gone.
I am still followup with management, but response is very limited

AMAZING!! Johnathan was so awesome! Moving in soon and can’t wait! Place is beautifully put together was able to take a peek into my apartment and words can’t describe how beautiful it was! Looking forward to living at St. Tropez!

I lived here with my partner for approximately 3 years and most of the time was spent unhappy, living situation wise. Summary of our time there:
1. Water quality is terrible- everything turns orange in under a week no matter how many different ways it is cleaned. Couldn't replace the shower head with our own shower filter because of the secured on shower head (kind of ghetto if you ask me).
2. Bugs, lizards, toads, and more BUGS! The issue was present EVERY SINGLE DAY with the exception of maybe a week in between a quick wash down of the bugs around the lights and entrances done maybe once every 3-4 months. In our time here, we had 6 lizards, 2 toads, hundred of ants on the windows close to the parking lot, and maybe 5,000 gnats enter our apartment- this is also literally RUNNING in and out of our entrance every single day. Not exaggerating.
3. They offer a storage space outside of some bottom floor apartments (at least ours and our neighbor's did) that has a ventilation door because is not a fully indoor A/C storage room. Every year we had to throw out more boxes of stuff because of all the mold and humidity the room gets along with all the bugs, lizards, snails, toads that come in and out of it.
On the bright side, the closeness to the grocery store, the baseball park across, the Palmetto Expressway, and Main Street was very nice.
P.S. Be aware of a scam on the security deposit a few of our former neighbors went through, like us ,(we just didn't dispute it in time with proof of photos that we had) which is when you leave they like to say they're taking a certain amount towards damage to the stove or something even when everything is left in good condition. :)

I was looking for a rental property in the Miami Lakes area and as you all know the process of moving these days can be pretty stressful. Jonathan Martinez made everything go as smooth as possible. He was patient, kind, and extremely educated on details regarding the community and the application process. All my questions (and I had many!) were answered throughly. I was definitely impressed. I strongly encourage the Property Management Corporate office to consider him for a promotion. He’s doing a stellar job at representing the community. Thank you, St. Tropez apartments, I can’t wait to become a resident come September!
