St. Tropez Apartments

Great place. Calm and management is amazing. Sheila is by far the best, always attentive and very responsive to any of my questions.

Do not rent here if you’re okay having your car swarm by gnats. They say they exterminate every week but I never see them outside or a company van ever. They also can’t help in any way with the mail situation which I understand, but they can’t even try and help with the overload of mail from 4-5 other previous tenants that have lived here before. US Post offfice “can’t do anything either” apparently. I’ve lived in other apartment complex and I’ve never had this mail issue like I do here. Also if you have an animal support they make it impossible to please. In my other apartment they were fine with us just showing proof of vaccination, registration and a picture. At this place there’s 2 types of paperwork and the registration has to be signed/ noted by the vet of the office. And my vet doesn’t do that. So they said they are going to charged me the $400 in a week if it doesn’t come in the mail by that time. Since all the gnats I can’t even go to my patio because they are everywhere, I called for them to spray and they noticed lights… bistro lights might I add so it’s not bright or colored in any way or form. So because of the ghats I have to now take out my “ holiday lights” and I gave the lake might I add sooo….. it doesn’t show to the street or the public for it to bother anyone. I just got off the phone and they were very rude she actually screamed at me and hung up. I will not be renewing my lease next year. I have a video but it doesn’t let me upload it so here are screenshots of the gnats and my “ Christmas/holiday  lights”

Guests are charged $10 for parking. The people at the parking lot crashed my car and I have been demanding a fix for a year. They don't take charge

Quiet and pleasant place.

Lovely place, the best community, administration staff are the best, I sold my house and decided to rent for a year, love this place so much that after three years I just renewed my lease again, that should tell you how happy I'm to be here. Myrna

If you are ready to give up 60-70% of your security deposit while you move out. This is the place

we stayed 10 months in Miami Lakes ST Tropez 2 Bedroom Apartments  security deposit $ 3000 when we move they deducted $ 1943
reason for deduction wear and tear  beyond normal
we wrote objection writing letter ,but no one care your hard earned money is gone.
I am still followup with management, but response is very limited
beware of this management
