Villas at Nautica

I lived here for nine years, from 2014 to 2023, and had a great experience. The property management was honest and involved, and the security/guard gate was attentive. The community was well-kept, and they were very strict with their policies, which enabled the community to stay beautiful and flourish. Many of the bad reviews I see here are because a handful of renters and residents try to deviate from the community policies, but if management doesn’t enforce the policies, then the community will go downhill. The rules and regulations at Villas of Nautica are meant to keep this place looking great and for families to enjoy, which is what management has accomplished. overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a community that is safe, well-kept and likes a quiet neighborhood.

The HOA is terrible I do not advise anyone to live her

This is absolutely the worst place I have lived in my entire life, parking is 99percent only a issue! Security is dead to pray on you association feels like Plantation/prison complex. Worst association in the history of associations highly recommend you not to live there unless you were born in 1900! My moving date was a great day for my family!!!!!!

Great place to live. Quiet, safe, good schools, great location.

Nice place to live, a place where you feel safe thanks to the fact that the work team does what it has to do, provide security and enforce community regulations, many will see it as a bad thing but it is the right thing to do, the security employees do an excellent job enforcing the rules especially Karla as the supervisor in charge.

I have been the owner of this excellent residential complex for more than 10 years and I am very grateful to the Administrative and Security team. Thank you Helman, Ilse, Juan and Karla for making this complex a beautiful and safe place to live.
