A paradise

These condominiums are disgusting, Mr. Alfredo Castillo spends his time shouting and arguing with everyone. And it can be heard inside the apartments. It's honestly something unpleasant to live here and come home from work to hear that. He spends the whole day arguing with the tenants. According to the owners, the man spends his time stealing and providing cheap labor to the buildings. You have undocumented people doing these jobs.

The association there is terrible, the person in charge of the buildings is a very disrespectful Nicaraguan, the cars, even if they have permission to be there, are taken away by the tow truck, the pool cannot be used because the person in charge does not feel like it. He lives watching the cameras who enters and leaves the apartments. That's horrible, it's like living in a prison. I don't know I recommend them

Lots of restrictions, and lots of unnecessary renovations. Good view though. All pools are closed due to covid.

My opinion, the place is excellent, as is the administration, let's hope it always stays that way!!!!! Thank you very much 👍👍👍

Nice condo have a wonderful view from the lake when you are in the apartments so nice
