Vizcayne North Condominium

First of all, a cordial greeting, I want to inform you that your supervisor in the afternoon (he did not want to give me his name and surname) but he is of Cuban nationality is a disrespectful man, he said stupid to my wife, who was at the entrance of the building waiting for me, we were thinking of asking about the availability of apartments but I would NEVER move to a place where they welcome me that way!!

Great location

For 1 year , we can't sleep all night due to the noise the garage fan makes all night and association doesn't care about, for a 1 year

PROS: East facing sight lines are amazing, units are spacious, neighbors are conscientious, convenient access to CVS, security team is great (shoutout to Paul). CONS: Faulty fire alarm system goes off all the time, I once counted 37x in one day. Our belongings were stolen from our storage locker, units leak, elevators either down or have buttons that don't work, building under constant construction with loud drilling, AC/Water outages are not uncommon, large aggressive dogs are permitted (one bit my fiancée), package room is a complete mess, the neighborhood leaves much to be desired with the same homeless people constantly circling the building, arbitrary rules seem to be enacted from week to week while management and staff are generally aloof and fail to improve the living experience at Vizcayne. Do not expect to receive your security deposit back.

Their employee Marshall Hugh Gardner hit my car in the park lot directly across from their building while rushing to make it to work for 11PM. He tried to persuade me not to call the cops but because I did, he got mad and He called me out of my name. He referred to me as a “b...h” he was constantly running across the street to and from the Vizcayne building to the parking lot. He works at the front. Wore full back with red tie. He had his walkie talkie and all. If this is the type of employee they have, I don’t want anything to ever do with such disgusting company.

Wonderful building and great assistance received while trying to apply for the building. Amenities look gorgeous !!

Management here is horrible! They give you incorrect information over the phone because they don’t know the rules which cost me thousands of dollars! Roman at the management office told me no dogs are allowed in the building and so I came here from New York without my dogs only to see that everyone has them! When I asked why I was told no dogs he claimed he does not remember saying that! What a liar! You think I moved here without them for no reason? Completely negligent! Roman should be fired!!
