Solle Davie Apartments

Kevin is rude and disrespectful. Whenever he messes up he looks at the resident as if it's their fault. Everytime he drives the golf cart he drives like a maniac, around the office area I've seen him almost hit 2 residents while doing a u-turn and around building 4 as well! There are times that I see him taking forever to clean up the trash around the property. Hopefully the office can bring this to his attention and correct his behavior! This is not the way to start off the new year.

Giving this complex 2 stars. Lived there for 3 years, always paid rent on time, never complained about any of my neighbors and never gave maintenance or the front office a hard time about anything. My issue comes from my deposit. I was billed for things I was told not to worry about and that’s where I see many people have had issues in the past with and they don’t seem to care or take accountability for their mistakes. I was told by maintenance not to worry about a small crack on the wall that he (Mario) would take care of it and then told by the front office (girl who sits on the right) not to worry about painting when I move out because they will take care of it. Not only did I get charged for the small crack on the wall, I got charged for ceiling paint, yes ceiling paint, when I mentioned to them prior that the ceiling track light in the kitchen is burning when on and small wall outlets too and causing burn marks and they didn’t do anything about it. It’s been 2 weeks and not one person or manager has called me back to correct THEIR mistakes. Based on previous reviews, I’m not surprised.

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH MOLD!!! I’VE BEEN LIVING WITH MOLD FOR MONTHS AND THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TIFFANY THINKS THIS MATTER IS A JOKE! MY HEALTH IS IN DANGER. DO NOT RENT HERE

Overall, my nearly two-year stay here has been positive, with more pros than drawbacks. Despite two significant maintenance issues triggered by heavy rainfall, the management team and a third-party company promptly addressed and resolved them without hesitation. The management staff is consistently courteous and helpful. Adhering to community rules ensures a hassle-free experience as a resident. Security has never been a problem, with no incidents reported on my end, and even one undesirable neighbor was effectively handled. The pool area is well-maintained, the gym is in good condition, and stringent screening protocols contribute to a secure environment, I've only witnessed police presence twice in two years. Conveniently located near major grocery stores, including Target (2 min), Publix (4 min), CVS (5 min), and Walmart (6 min), the community thrives as a family and student-oriented environment. While my overall experience has been positive, a notable downside is the prevalence of pet excrement in all green spaces. This issue is unrelated to management but can be a concern for residents and needs attention to maintain the community's cleanliness and appeal.

I was compelled to write this review because of outstanding service I recently received from one of the maintenance guys, Kelvin. For my entire time living at Solle Davie I’ve always experienced top tier customer service from the maintenance and front office staff (Tiffany, Liane and Mario are all incredible), but this weekend when our air conditioner went out just as his shift was ending, I was amazed at how quickly Kelvin came to our rescue and fixed our unit to keep us from suffering in the Florida heat. It was literally more hot inside the house than it was outside, but not for long! Kelvin worked quickly and efficiently until the issue was resolved where many maintenance staff I’ve experienced at past apartments would’ve never even come so close to the end of their assigned shifts. If Solle Davie continues to employ hard working, experience driven staff like Kelvin and others, they will continue to be the premier apartment complex in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and a break from this Florida heat!

Solle Apartments are a safe and clean place to live. Kelvin from the maintenance team is fantastic! When we had an issue he attended to it asap and helped resolve the problem!
