Solle Davie Apartments

This is just from a few hours ago (photos below), i cant take this anymore, please do your research and dont rent here. I got tricked by the nice landscape and quiet area , been months of going back and forthwith management  and i just get some pest control guy comes every Wednesday and the problem gets worse every time he comes he “treats” the problem! This is not a way to be living in a LUXURY apartment. Ive never dealt with this problem anywhere ive ever lived. I get a few here or there if FL. But every night its just not normal and not a way to live.

Amazing new property manager! Annette has noticably done an awesome job in just the short time she has been here. She listened to our concerns and adjustments were made immediately! Beautiful community when you have the right team in place... so glad to have her here!

Solle Davie is an amazing property the new Assitant Manager Yohanny and new Property Manager Annette are doing a great job.

Stopped in for a tour and was greeted by the friendliest most knowledgeable manager named Annette.  It was a pleasure to be toured by her she was so friendly definitely made me feel right at home.

Solle Davie is a wonderful property!! I lived there for many years and all the ladies in the office are amazing especially Tiffany who is very friendly, professional, extremely efficient and an absolute gem!!  She is very friendly, understanding and always willing to assist you.

Ive enjoyed living here and even upgraded to a larger apartment and thanks to Tiffany, (the property manager) it was a seamless experience. In fact, she has always been very helpful and available whenever we have needed assistance she, and the maintenance team have been extremely efficient, professional, and quick to respond. It’s a great location, friendly management, and overall nice place to call home.

I have been living here for the past three years and I must say, I enjoy living at Solle Luxury Apartments. I enjoy living here because TIffany King the assistant property manager has made my experience living here simple the best. Tiffany goes above and beyond for her tenants. She is very personable, approachable and understanding. She cares so much about her tenants she makes sure that all their needs or any issues arise is taken care of. Tiffany will be missed and her new staff has an exemplary leader. Good luck Tiffany and I wish her nothing but the best in your new role.

Mario Vasquez is always helpful and friendly. Even when he is not servicing my home he always greets me. Excellent customer service. Love my community!
