This place is a JOKE. Do not move here. I won’t not recommend this place to my worst enemies. The entire establishment is an embarrassment.

Horrible place to live they will run you around like crazy.

This place is an embarrassment of an apartment complex. I visited here often, and just by looking at it I can tell they do not care for their residents. If you are looking for a place you can call home, please look else where.

This has been the worst apartment complex I’ve stayed at. The leasing office is far from its residence. They claim they gave us a renovated apartment but they gave us old appliances stains on the wall and paint chipping everything is outdated. There has been bugs and rat infestation. When the exterminator came to fix the rat infestation he broke our attic wall and walked away and said it wasn’t our problem and to contact the office. When we contact the office they keep assuring they’ll bring someone out. Few hours later a random man came in with wrench and 9 inch nails and said this is all he has to repair our attic and said he’ll be back with proper equipment but never returned for months. We’ve been getting misleading information from the office. One person will tell us one thing but someone else will tell us another. The office workers are rude. There is barely any parking at all. Such a very small lot. And they use a company call nogobooting which boots residence vehicles even if they live there unless they don’t register their vehicle every two weeks. Imagine waking up to your car being booted and paying $100. This place is ridiculous and their customer service sucks. They refuse to give my mother a parking permit and when she got her vehicle booted they said that’s not their problem and she needs to pay to fee to unboot it. I would give the place zero stars but google is being too kind.

Ashardo   Fitzgerald, maintenance supervisor was in my unit today , his level of customer service was outstanding, not only he got the job done very fast, but also went to extra miles to do some majors cleaning!!! I am so pleased with his service and also his professionalism !!
My level satisfaction is outstanding!!
