I agree with all the comments, there is no parking and the gym does not even have exercise machines. This place needs a good association to take care of the condominium areas.

Security is disgusting, there are not enough parking spaces, you are forced to park outside if you have more than one car, parking fines are $45 dollars. The common areas such as the gym, the pool and the gardens are in terrible condition. The lines at the entrance are sometimes endless because security is never there.

The security is terrible in this place, they are never at the gate and when they are there they lock themselves up to sleep and watch TV. I regret it because of how loud it is sometimes heard, their attitudes are very rude as if they don't want to do their job. On one occasion my phone went off and I needed to open the gate and it just so happened that a chubby bald man with a dark complexion was there and I asked him please if he could open the gate for me because my phone had gone off and I was alive. There, well, the man got upset, it was as if he had a hard time getting up from his seat and stopping watching TV with a very bad face and with a very bad attitude. He told me that it was the first and last time that he was going to open the gate, that that was not his job. no He was supposed to do that, it was a lie that my phone had been turned off and that I wasn't alive, I mean, questioning me seemed disrespectful and very unprofessional.

Bad administration, problems with parking, young people running through the hallways, leaving the pool and getting the elevators wet.  People in the hallways blocking the way. Inconsiderate neighbors and at least 6 people live inside each apartment who make constant noises at any time of the day. You can hear even the slightest sound from your neighbor's next door. Everything everything everything can be heard down to the smallest detail.

About parking: There are never enough parking spaces, so you are forced to park outside the condominium, always running the risk of being fined $45 dollars.
About security:
The security is never at the Gate, rarely at night, today I needed the door to be opened and as usual he was not there.
Regarding the entrance, I think they should put a small roof, there are many times that it is raining and I get wet trying to enter the code to enter.

The absolute worse place you can live at. The neighbors are rude and make all types of noises at all hours of the day. You will wake up at 3 am with your neighbors blasting music like if they live in a house and not an apartment building with other residents. The neighbors in the other buildings also play music so loud you can hear it from across the buildings. They will play music in their cars while cleaning them out with no consideration of others. The parking is terrible. There is absolutely no parking and if you have a second car looking for a visitor parking GOOD LUCK , it is impossible. They keep taking away visitor parking and making them into resident parking therefore they keep minimizing how many visitor parking are available when most households have two cars therefore you are absolutely out of luck and have to park outside. One neighbor for 2 years kept his second car in a visitor next to his assigned parking so no one could park ever at that visitor spot or next to him , nobody ever checks how long the cars have been sitting at the 48 hours max visitor parking. It’s a joke, they also park in handicap spots with no handicap decal. My brand new Infiniti was STOLEN outside and it was parked next to everyone by the lake, you have no choice but to park where you risk getting a ticket, towed, broken into or worse your car stolen. They also attempted to steal my husbands car right in our spot inside the complex, security is useless.I repeat this has to be one of the worst places you can live at. The line to get in the gate is a mess and the security inside the gate house is MIA at all times. Fire alarms go off at days end and the association won’t even answer the phone. The alarm will go off for DAYS very LOUD and annoying . Bless anyone with babies or newborns living here. Disturbance at all hours. The buildings are also all full of huge roaches you see them walking through out the apartment complex. For what they want to charge rent here you have better luck anywhere else. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There is never any parking. They allow any type of vehicle (some that are in the same spot for months) to park in any of the spots. I don’t believe there is a system in place that ensures there are enough guest parking/residential parking to prevent an overflow of cars. Instead, you will have to park outside and hope that you don’t wake up in the morning with a police ticket or your tires missing. 0/10.

Do not move here! Like others have said the parking is ridiculous I can’t even take out my newborn from the car seat. Two entrance ways one for residents and one for visitors, but one is closed 90% of the time so the line is ridiculous to get in. Security is obnoxious

Awful, awful place to live in. Can’t wait for lease to expire. Parking spots are super tight and overpopulated. People have to park outside and run the risk of getting a ticket or being towed. Securities don’t check for decals so anyone parks inside. Tried reaching association and it’s impossible to get a hold of them. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the headaches!
