High HOA fees $600+ for no quality services, implemented car booting and towing on residents, there is a man constantly walking up and down the streets yelling. Do not recommend buying nor renting.

Stay away from this association!!! They refused to accept my client's application because she was a section 8 tenant, which is discrimination. That was their reasoning. Buyer/renter beware!!!
