Horrible place to live. Mold, Roaches, mice and very rude management. If you’re not careful they will definitely steal money from you. There are definitely better apartments in the area.

I live at this Apartment for a very long time. I can say that I am very happy with my place, they keep this place clean, maintenance is always on top of things. and the bedrooms are extremely large. so large that I have space for my home office. property manager is very kind as well, thank you west dixie towers

I must say West Dixie Towers is home for me. I feel safe knowing the bldg propety manager, Andrea, takes issue serious. She's very understanding when ever asking for help by letting tenants know maintenance will assist and also follow-up on complete task. I like that she communicate with tenants when keeping the bldg safe around holidays .There's monthly postings of inspections, the bldg is maintained by staff. Very friendly and helpful whenever. To the negative comments. Treat people as you would like to be respected. Have a bless day

I've lived in west dixie towers for about 10 years and I've felt very comfortable living here..tentative maintenance and repairs and consistent management from upgrading security parking etc..I love the firm but fair property manager and wouldn't want another..Keep up the good work!

I been living in West Dixie Towers for the past 15 years. The management has painted the building, install new alarm system, repaving the parking lot, exterminate the building every month on a Wednesday, when something is broken in my unit maintenance always fix it. And and the pool we’re waiting on the Inspector to approve it. As for the complainers online if you clean your unit and throw away your garbage like you’re supposed to you won’t see no roaches and rats Like I do. And regarding the comments regarding the landlord, Andrea she treats you with respect if you don’t disrespect her.

Nice apartment and very affordable.Great location.Building is beautiful and well maintained. Management is very professional.

To be honest the negative reviews on this property are not true; Firstly, there are no roaches anywhere and if you have issues with Roaches in your apartment please clean down your cabinet mopping your floor or dining areas does not make you  a clean person is sad you have to teach adults cleanness. Also, the building is very clean in and out the workers are very proactive in mopping the hallway every morning and making sure both the parking areas is clean as well. However, some tenants do not follow the rules and regulations and then act or pretend they don't understand English or speak English even when they are provided with a translator that is when they try to act as if they have dementia behavior problems I'm not biased this is what I have observed with most of this tenant and truth is you see them speaking English on the phone in the parking lot or in the hallway. The Manager Andrea is very passionate and provides professional behavior toward everyone there is nothing like you don't know your rights as a tenant because there is a document given to all tenants upon leasing that is signed so stop the lies. Lastly, there are notices that is being paste everywhere in the building to communicate with the tenant so they do not bump into your apartment just like that so pay attention to all notice in the entrance and exist of the building. If you are reading this, west Dixie Towers apartment is not a ghetto and I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

My family has been living here for a few years and we've found a great place here.  North Miami is close to everything for us. If you meet the Manager you will know she is from NY and plays no games.  Andrea keeps us and tenants safe at all costs, this is very important for us.  I see the maintenance staff work daily (also friendly people) and they do their best to keep the grounds clean.  I noticed reviews about poor cleanliness and bugs/rodents but this only applies to people who are not clean themselves.  We are clean and we have no issues like this. I've had a few maintenance requests and they fix our problems. So, overall we enjoy our lovely apt.

I've been a tenant at West Dixie Towers since 1987!  I LOVE MY HOME! Property Management is on point.  The property Manager is Andrea, she's been here as long as i've lived here and she gets the job done.  She makes sure everyone follows rules and regulations and keeps the property safe.  She takes her job professionally and has great workers by her side who care about the property. This is what keeps the property strong. The property has evolved over the 37 years i've been here and it keeps getting better and more modernized. I even have many neighbors that have been here for 20+ years. There are plenty of people from young to old, a lot of schools and colleges in the area, and great restaurants. I'd recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work Andrea! If you've been here this long, you're doing something right!
