West Dixie Towers

To be honest the negative reviews on this property are not true; Firstly, there are no roaches anywhere and if you have issues with Roaches in your apartment please clean down your cabinet mopping your floor or dining areas does not make you  a clean person is sad you have to teach adults cleanness. Also, the building is very clean in and out the workers are very proactive in mopping the hallway every morning and making sure both the parking areas is clean as well. However, some tenants do not follow the rules and regulations and then act or pretend they don't understand English or speak English even when they are provided with a translator that is when they try to act as if they have dementia behavior problems I'm not biased this is what I have observed with most of this tenant and truth is you see them speaking English on the phone in the parking lot or in the hallway. The Manager Andrea is very passionate and provides professional behavior toward everyone there is nothing like you don't know your rights as a tenant because there is a document given to all tenants upon leasing that is signed so stop the lies. Lastly, there are notices that is being paste everywhere in the building to communicate with the tenant so they do not bump into your apartment just like that so pay attention to all notice in the entrance and exist of the building. If you are reading this, west Dixie Towers apartment is not a ghetto and I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

My family has been living here for a few years and we've found a great place here.  North Miami is close to everything for us. If you meet the Manager you will know she is from NY and plays no games.  Andrea keeps us and tenants safe at all costs, this is very important for us.  I see the maintenance staff work daily (also friendly people) and they do their best to keep the grounds clean.  I noticed reviews about poor cleanliness and bugs/rodents but this only applies to people who are not clean themselves.  We are clean and we have no issues like this. I've had a few maintenance requests and they fix our problems. So, overall we enjoy our lovely apt.

I've been a tenant at West Dixie Towers since 1987!  I LOVE MY HOME! Property Management is on point.  The property Manager is Andrea, she's been here as long as i've lived here and she gets the job done.  She makes sure everyone follows rules and regulations and keeps the property safe.  She takes her job professionally and has great workers by her side who care about the property. This is what keeps the property strong. The property has evolved over the 37 years i've been here and it keeps getting better and more modernized. I even have many neighbors that have been here for 20+ years. There are plenty of people from young to old, a lot of schools and colleges in the area, and great restaurants. I'd recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work Andrea! If you've been here this long, you're doing something right!

For reasonable price you get great parking , clean pool , laundry rooms on all floors and security entrance with intercom ! The Maintenance is very good  . Management staff always treats you like family and are very professional and no nonsense . Been living here over 15 years and not planing to move any time soon .

if i could’ve rated this 0 stars i would there’s rats everywhere in this apt and infested with roaches and dont even get me started on andrea she gets disrespectful and rude for no reason at all!!!! i think its time for her to retire.

Bro this place is so ghetto I do not recommend at alll!! First Andrea, the current leasing agent, is very
unprofessional. Many tenants are
intimated by Andrea. I suspect she treats tenants
with such disdain because majority of the tenants are
Haitian immigrants, not fluent in English and uneducated about tenant
rights. Her disrespectful and dismissive nature is
appalling. And there are lots of rats and roaches you could be the cleanest person on earth and you will still end up either ‘em 😬😬 0/10!!

10/10 this apartment is so good if your thinking about finding a great apartment this apartment is one you would love i see people complaining about roaches but i dont have that problem its just that you need to clean your filthy messy house and thats on what periodt  first they clean the apartment and take care of it so if your having a problem with it theres something wrong with your brain because this is the best apartment ive ever went to the inside of the room in ur apartment looks nice also the bathrooms  are perfect
