Terrible Place Landlords Are Rude And Nasty 🤢 Hesitate To Come Here Cause It's Terrible It's Not Worth It

Absolutely the worst...don’t live there.

New owner has made many changes. You can tell the new ownership is putting time and money into the property. They are professional and well organized.

The other commentator is right. The place is roach infested very badly. They’ve had many owners and name changing of the apartment but the infestation is very much alive. Used to be so many rats. With hard work and determination to get them they are gone. Even after a year of using these roach catcher people still find them even more infestation. It gets in the people’s cars, jobs and even places they for due to how these roaches get into ur personal things while traveling to and from home. It’s quiet humiliating to invite people over and roaches running on your walls, in your fridge and everywhere. Took a few years to get my mom car completely gone. Talk to the ppl there and you’ll see.They always have last minute work to do with. Glad I got out of this terrible place. I’ll add pictures so stay tuned. My mom stove went out and they brought in used stove for. The also gave her blinds that were used and dirty. Filled with dust.

Willowbrooke 2 is TERRIBLE , I REPEAT TERRIBLE. If you are trying to look for a house here don't get trapped. The office manager is a raccoon she's rude disrespectful and won't fix anything in the apartment .. If u want to go summer with no A.c in Florida come here..she has a false repair man that doesn't know how to fix anything. Its disgusting. Their apts. Are infested with roaches and termites. The refrigerator is old and the stoves are as well they will stop working after a few months of living here... If you are trying to rent , you would be better off far away from here

I've lived here over a year now. For the most part it's quiet. For the price of the rent I will say it's spacious. There are a lot of improvements that need done to the property as a whole but U have no complaints. It's quiet at night, the neighbors look out for one another and with now having assiged parking it's much better parking wise. Maintenence has gotten a lot better and they're quick on repair requests. I have no complaints.

Its like a swamp when rain falls and the toilet keeps clogging sometimes a.c no good
