I've been here 5 years. The staff is competent, and the location is great for access to municipal services, shopping, and entertainment. It's an old building, so problems relating to atmosphere (noise, mildew, constant fire alarms, and construction) are endemic. The rent is reasonable, and conditions seem to be improving ...
