I’ve been living here for a year and the building is very clean everyone picks up after their dogs and themselves quiet times are respected neighbors have been nice the management team is always available if something in the unit needs to be replaced there’s a whole team that gets sent out to be replaced quickly. I have not had any problems here at all if they are some negative comments on here those are just personal and probably are not the nicest people either so overall this is a great community to live in and Whole Foods is across the street so that’s always a plus ! Silvia is great at her job so let’s not be negative on here if we don’t have to be !

For four years, I stayed in this place, but ever since the management changed, the last year has been a disaster. The office service is extremely disrespectful, especially from Ms. Silvia, who does not know how to treat customers. Additionally, they do not return the deposit, deducting an absurd amount for things that are not real.

Your move out charges reflected a charge based on unpaid rent per your lease agreement, and damages to the unit for wallpaper that was installed. I visited the property and I was very well attended to by the staff at the rental office, especially by Janella Alvarez, who took me around the building with all the amenities and the apartments. It was a complete tour, she really took the time and was very kind.
