The BCC building has beautiful intracoastal view on one side and nice garden / ocean view on the other side.  One can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and walk easily to Publix Supermarket, CVS and Walgreen pharmacies, restaurants, banks, etc.  The building passed the 40 year certification and the Hallway Beautification project is making good progress.

The hall beautification project is almost done and it is starting to look fabulous. The pool area is next . We will continue to improve

Very nice rental!!! Beautiful condo site located on the edge of the intracoastal in Sunny Isles northern part of Miami. Located 10 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and very well maintained area. Direct view of the canal, a few steps from the beach. Two beautiful children's parks within walking distance. I love living here!

The building has a privileged location hard to beat. It is a boutique building with the right number of units where a lot of work has been done. Common areas will soon be upgraded. Once completed this will be one of the most beautiful buildings in the area.

Wonderful views from every window and right on the water, Bay Country Club occupies a privileged location. 40th Year Recertication is done and hallways/pool about to be upgraded. A great place to live.

The BCC building has just completed its 40 year certification and is doing a beautification project at the moment. The building has potential for improvement with a new board of directors. We are like a small family building where all the residents know each other well and enjoy the social community. The building overlooking the bay is an amazing view of the incredible orange sunset that you can enjoy every day!!!

Located within walking distance to the beach and Publix Supermarket in a quiet and very well maintained neighborhood. There are two beautiful parks for children within walking distance.Very safe condo building located on the edge of the intracoastal in Sunny Isles in the northern part of Miami. Great place with large spacious condo layouts in the area, very safe and quiet. I highly recommend it as we love living here.

This building is no good to rent... all the owners want to sell.  I talked to one guy who used to own in this building and he sold his condo and moved to the building next door that is 20 years newer!  And much better upkeep and much better financials and management next door.  I rented a condo here a couple of years ago and all the construction going on to pass their 40 year inspection was super annoying.  It's now 50 years old and they still haven't passed the 40 year inspections!  I wonder how many more years they will keep having ongoing construction in order to bring all the violations up to date?  Rent somewhere else!!!
