There is Norman, head of the board of directors. Easily bribed! Most of the contractors know it and a lot of the tenants do too. Getting kickbacks left and right and it’s getting ridiculous. Make sure you to look into the operational efficiency and economics of this condo association before you buy.

I pulled up to pick up someone after 4 mins this girl was already asking me to move while she has her car parked right in front.  No name badge i couldn't see her name but she was really rude
