Lots of new exiting changes . After the renovation that are on the way , Winston 100 will be the most beautiful building of all Winston’s .

There is Norman, head of the board of directors. Easily bribed! Most of the contractors know it and a lot of the tenants do too. Getting kickbacks left and right and it’s getting ridiculous. Make sure you to look into the operational efficiency and economics of this condo association before you buy.

Nice building, bright inside, security,converge, laundry room in the floor. Like the place. Close to everything shopping, beach. Nice and clean arround

I pulled up to pick up someone after 4 mins this girl was already asking me to move while she has her car parked right in front.  No name badge i couldn't see her name but she was really rude

Frido .... worker is behaving very aggressively.  Extorts money for parking and making keys.

Constant repairs. The elevators don't always work. The noise of repairs lasts all day. The pool has been under repair for 3 years and not a single worker has approached it during this time.
