👎👎 Don’t move here! The property manager Kirkland is useless and clueless!

I have been living here for years, they promised me a free month and now that I am going to claim the free month they tell me no, that they do not have any of that information. Misleading advertising, be careful new tenants do not believe in anything they promise you 😡

November 2024: The manager Kirkland is the definition of going above and beyond and taking ownership. Every request, suggestion etc he either is already working on or adds to his list - and then he ACTUALLY does it!!! You can tell he gets along great with the team and there is a great energy among the staff.
I wanted to also compliment the entire cleaning / service crew. I am so impressed by how clean the building is and how hard they all work to ensure each area is spotless everyday. I often see them taking pictures for what I assume is their employment / building app. It’s refreshing to see the pride everyone has in our community. Additionally impressed by the hallway carpet cleaning and community room furniture cleaning when the building hasn’t even been open for less than a year - some buildings never clean theirs and it shows (and smells like it).
The entire front desk team is awesome. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout for Mulasia, Edgar and Mark!! They are amazing at attending to everything and being so pleasant, always. Still learning the names of the new concierges but they are wonderful as well.
Finally, the Sip and Paint Mulasia put on was a huge success!!! I brought a friend of mine and she was so impressed and had the best time! Mulasia did an incredible job from the killer playlist, snacks and drinks and ensuring the space was set up and the vendor had everything she needed. It was such a seamless event and she stayed during the entire event working behind us while occasionally going around and making sure everyone was doing well. Totally killed it - can’t wait to attend the next event!!

Leaving a review for 2 stellar team members (Ariel & Malaysia) that have been genuinely helpful and pleasant all the time. Ariel showed me multiple apartments and made sure I knew what all of my options were. Before and after moving in, both Ariel and Malaysia have been extremely pleasant and efficient. Any time I have needed anything, I am met with the absolute best customer service and just genuine kindness.

My Move-In was easy and just very peaceful. Staff at Wynwood Haus was very communicative and organized. Edgar was amazing from start to finish. He was very clear about the application process and easy to contact after. On the day of my move-in he made sure the movers and myself experienced a very seamless process. In addition, Malaysia was very helpful and the best when it came to access to the unit and the financials. She explained the fees and rent breakdown thoroughly leaving me with no unanswered questions. Lastly, Marc has been such a big help with my packages and furniture deliveries. Extremely helpful and takes the time out to physically assist when things may have been too heavy for me. Overall this building and the Staff is incredible. I am very happy I choose this community.

Here at 10 things to know before moving to Wynwood Haus. Honest Review from a CURRENT Resident. Here's what to know if you're deciding to rent from Bozzuto the management company that runs Wynwood Haus LLC.
1. The homeless problem is a HUGE problem. Not only do they hang around the streets, but management does nothing to stop them hanging out by the front of the building. The front of the building always smells like trash or pee.
2. Services Fees for me are an additional: 388.43. So when calculating your rent, make sure to know what your total costs are up front.
3. If you have issues with the internet, good luck. Wynwood Haus does not care if you are getting the speeds you need if you work from home. On an average day, I get 15-30 Mbps. They tell you the minimum you should get is 300-400 Mbps. BIG Difference.
4. Management is constantly changing and the front desk is not 24/7. When you have packages it is 100% up to the delivery person to know where to place things. I have read other reviews where residents have had things stolen from them.
5. The building is brand new, why all inconsistency with services? The amenities that are promised, do not get fixed and communication is poor. I have lived here for 3 months + and still can't use the steam room. I have never seen anyone trying to fix it either.
6. Cleanliness, the steam room may not work but the Sauna does. However, I have not seen it cleaned once since being here. The same finger prints on the glass from last week will still be there the next week. I get it is a sweet tank but we still have to keep the amenities sanitary.
7. I rarely see people in the gym wipe down the equipment which is not cool. I wipe down equipment before and after I use it.
8. If you like to cook, the kitchens provided are a joke. Most "luxury" properties dont use appliances found in dorm rooms. The standard of "luxury" is misleading.
9. I wouldn't trust the staff here. They talk about their boss and residents bend there back and I find that to be disheartening. I've witnessed this first hand and can testify to what was said.
10. This one is important to us, every unit except studio's have a water tank that only lasts for one person. The water pressure is so bad it takes us twice as long to shower. The washer and dryer you get varies. Two bedroom units have smaller washer and dryer than my 1 bedroom with a den! Again, the appliances are cheap.

Best building I’ve ever lived in. Great staff, maintenance, amenities, and nice neighbors. Malaysia was great help with the leasing process and always there to help.
