Stay Away ! Just because it’s on beautiful Brickell key doesn’t translate into luxury living. Broken elevators every week and they were renovated 5 years ago. The building is full of mold due to so many leaks . There’s no amenities left Party Room closed for 5 years , business center has nothing left just chairs and tables and it smells like mildew. The Gym has some machines from the 1970 . So what’s left a pool because the north side has been in construction since 2020 . The corridors are smelly and  dirty  due to poor cleaning and not professional cleaning of the trash chutes.The elevator tiles all cracked .  And to believe what owners pay for HOA OVER $1.300 for the 1 bedroom and $3.000 for the 2 bedroom. And not to mention assessments coming all over the place beside the $19 Million we paid in 2019 for the pool deck North and Sound and the Garage . And let’s not talk about the Dysfunctional Board and disorganized management FSR . Again stay away !!!

Be careful with unit 1514. After still going to rent there despite certain red flags from the other Google reviews of the building, and them refusing to accommodate our worries and calling us complicated, they cancelled now after we submitted everything on their terms.
Because „the owner changed her mind“ and doesn’t want to sell or rent at all anymore.
How flakey and irresponsible. Who‘s complicated now.

It looks like a luxury building but it is not, the front desk at night is despicable, it treats the guests badly, everyone except the residents, thus hindering any access to the building, just to fulfill their ego whims. An older lady shouldn't play those games.

Stay far away from unit 1713! The place is not well kept, dated and has a big  cockroach problem. We had to break our lease within the first 48 hours due to this issue and the landlord refused to give us our money back (8K). They claimed they never had issues with cockroaches which I find hard to believe. You can’t trust the landlord or realtor. The building itself is ok but be prepared to pay a fee for just about everything, including renting the elevators to move in and out. We’re much happier elsewhere and you will be too.

Rude tenants, rude lazy staff. Place is unkept, elevator is old and always breaking down, unorganized staff, very thin walls, unhappy tenants, management does nothing. “Condo” is outdated and has mold

I was happily surprised to be back at Isola Condominium after at least 8 years.  For those who may not know, the condominium is located within the beautiful Brickell Key, right off Brickell Avenue.  The island which is surrounded by the Miami River, Biscayne Bay and a canal which connects the open bay and the river.  Isola may be one of the older condominiums within the island but its most recent renovation gave the building a more modern look, especially in its hallways, elevators and other areas such as the receiving area.  The staff is incredibly helpful but assertive in having guest and visitors follow the condominium rules.  There are some common areas such as the pool and tennis court which are still undergoing renovations, but over I must credit its management.
