This by far is the worst building in Miami , lack of maintenance Unit owners AC broken due to cooling tower issues currently. . A pool closed for 7 years  The building smells like humidity ,dogs excrement everywhere ,lack of professional cleaning. . Lack of security Don't be fooled by the friendly hello from concierge. Elevators always broken main gates always broken. The HOA here are over a $1.000 for nothing our club room has been closed for ever and the gym is full of mold.Due to leaks everywhere. Again do not buy or rent.! The building is full of cracks , when it rains corner units get water inside . Find another building this one you will regret it !

Very friendly staff, good location, and great community of people

If you would like to live in real messy hell please go ahead!! I have been living in Condos for more than 17 years I have never seen such a building in my entire life. We have lived in Isola for 2 years from 2021 to 2023.Very poor management in pretty much everything comes up. My brand new car was keyed multiple times all over the hood and the roof, it had a hit and run from rear end too. I heard this from many neighbors too. One elevator was out of service for 6 months!!! Most of the time one and sometimes 2 of the elevators out of the total 3 elevators are out of service. Perpetual parking leak problem!! Don't be fooled by the nice welcome front desk and luxury look of the entrance!! Someone was parking in my spot and the fourth time I caught his red handed, he said" I have been told you can park anywhere you want!!" Water shut off for repair once or twice a week. Garage gates will get closed for repair all the time due to vehicle hit!! You will see a lot of pets poop and pee in the elevator and on the hallway!! Air ventilation issue on some floors. Bad odor of chute canal due to it's age. If you are on the first 6 floors on the valet wing you will have a lousy trash order most of the seasons as soon as you open the balcony door. There's no parking for tenants guests. They will charge them as if they are parking in a public place by hour. Only first 30 minutes is free! You always smell weed on the hallway, mostly Friday nights. Nice neighbors put pretty much everything in the chute, propain tank, Christmas tree, broom...etc.!!! You need to wash your cars every 3 to 4 days due to lots of dust, needless to say very humid slaty wind blowing into the parking garage from the ocean will seriously damage your vehicle over time. If you're planning to move to this building, be aware that the building you're considering is plagued by perpetual construction. There is something wrong with the construction. Initially promised to be completed within a year, it has stretched on for three years. The latest completion date, once touted as August 2023, has been pushed back yet again to November. Yet, as we stand in the midst of November, there is no clear end in sight. This protracted construction has plunged us into a state of perpetual tedium for three long years.

There is no internet connection in the business center, and despite repeatedly bringing this issue to the management's attention over the past few years, no effective action has been taken. It is perplexing why this problem remains unresolved.
