The owner is a good and respectful person and worries when something is damaged inside the apartment, at least I have been in this place for 21 years.

The worst thing in the world, cockroach, they don't fumigate, the maintenance guys are sloppy, and every so often they raise the rent and the reality is that the conditions of this place are uninhabitable. They do not comment on the error.
