My customer service person is Miosoti, since the first day that I went to the office to obtain information she has been professional, detail oriented and very kind, her enthusiasm and professionalism led me to end up renting the apartment that I’m currently living in, 10x sawgrass is very fortunate to have her as an employee. I strongly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new safe, pet friendly and quite home to look for her and i assure you, you will find the place you are looking for.

I cannot say enough great things about Sawgrass 10x! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. The quality of the apartments is exceptional—modern finishes, spacious layouts, and top-notch appliances make living here a dream. The amenities are second to none. The resort-style pool, fully equipped fitness center, and beautifully maintained green spaces create a community atmosphere that truly enhances everyday life. Maintenance is always prompt and professional, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly.
What really sets sawgrass 10x apart is the management team especially Yolanda. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make residents feel valued. Whether it’s organizing community events or simply checking in to see how things are going, their dedication is evident.

The “handymen” they have to work requests for any appliance work are unfortunately incompetent. They have sadly only been available during times when I am not at home and have done what would be laughable if not needed work to ensure our fridge and stove were working. We had front desk “apologize” for our unit not being move in ready due to shoddy workmanship from their “ maintenance crew”.

I must say the customer service that Jessica Melgares provides deserves more than a 5-star rating. This was she first time renting and She made the leasing process enjoyable. She was professional, thorough, and personable. My husband and I look forward to living here and enjoying everything 10x has to offer. If you’re looking for somewhere to live in the Sawgrass area check this place out and ask for Jessica. You won’t regret it!

Moving cross-country from New York to Florida was absolutely worth it, and my experience with 10X Sawgrass made the transition even smoother. The team was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to adjust my move-in date and even staying after hours to personally hand me my keys and welcome me. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. The community itself is vibrant and welcoming, and as a dog owner, I appreciate the pet-friendly environment that makes it a great place for my furry companion. I’m thrilled with my decision to call this complex home and look forward to creating wonderful memories here.

After looking at multiple places throughout the Broward area, I’m glad my spouse and I decided to make 10X Living our residents. Jessica ( leasing agent ) truly is a beautiful woman inside and out. She was very throughout with the tour and answering any questions we had about the leasing process. As it was my first time renting and everything was new to me. I truly look forward to my time here and everything was fairly easy, even down to the part of getting our keys. She informed us of any defective within our apartment ahead of time.  I recommended anyone who’s in the market for an apartment to come see her directly. She will take the BEST care of you!

Bruce was very quick to respond when my refrigerator stopped working, he walked me through the circuit breakers explaining how & what to do to get it to start working!  I managed to turn the AC off and some of the lights mind you this is nighttime and it’s dark in my unit, he was here within minutes, explaining what to do in the future and how to fix this right now so it doesn’t happen again. Bruce was very patient and everything was working within a minute! Today is Saturday night I never thought this would be fixed & him being here in less than 10. Bruce is knowledgeable & tysm for answering all my question’s politely.
