Live here at your own risks❗️Granted I was there 5 years!!! Emily was the best Now corporate is another story…. They kept 98% of my deposit. I was ok with that!!!! Fine you can have it. Now a 400.00 Lightbill when I made sure I paid it off before I left. 😂😂😂 The Elevators ALWAYS BROKE!!!! This is the best way to put this review and still being appropriate. Sir I will be waiting on your reply ☺️

Great place to live. A wide range of residents. Families, young and older adults. Great place. Very on top of everything. Beautiful lake behind residence. Huge living space. Very safe. Maintenance is on top of everything. I been here only a few months with my wife and they have done so much to improve the property. The ladies in office are on top of everything. I dealt with Emily who is a super honest and reliable person. I would highly recommend living here if you can find a spot. Great job staff!!

The management was so kind to me.  When my Mother became terminally ill they worked with me to end my lease early.  I really loved living on the lake and the sunsets were beautiful. They have a very large kitchen, an extra half bath, and a dog park.  I would recommend living here.

I visited a cousin this weekend and we were so fascinated by how comfortable the apartment was, as well as the view of the lake. If I ever decide to move from Brandon, I will live there. Just seeing that view every day while drinking my coffee and reading the daily word....that has no price, but it does have spiritual tranquility. Blessings!!!
