When I first visited the apartments it l ...
When I first visited the apartments it looked like a great gated community. I was absolutely wrong. I felt like I was living back in the hood.. people screaming outside, cops always in the neighborhood, the list can go on and on. Packages were getting stolen left and right.. I found one packed right in the corner by our apartment punched open and it had sentimental things for my husbands Father’s Day gifts (that’s only one of the stories) so we got a ring camera. The maintenance staff is AMAZING though and very responsive! Anyway,  When we were talking to lexy she was great, but she wasn’t very transparent about how much activity goes on behind building 11. We lived right in front of the tennis courts. I asked if it was quiet she said yes and although the neighbors were great and lived there for awhile it was very noisy with kids playing out there. which is okay to us  and besides that it was quiet for the most part besides random people yelling and random times. But transparency is my problem with lexy. This next situation was our fault, but it was towards the end of our lease and I knew we had 60 days to give notice but when I talked to Lexi and inquired for a 2 bedrooom she said I have until January 31st to let them know if we are deciding to upgrade, stay or move out (about 60 days). When I called at the 40 day mark, they said to read the lease and I have to pay another months of rent even if I’m moving out at the exact date I’m supposed. I now know to just read the lease but giving false information is not very professional. Assuming she would be okay with us letting her know on January 31st like SHE SAID.. was our fault. That being said read your lease, do not trust what they say and have everything in writing!

I am a vendor who has worked with this property and it's staff for over 3 years now.  They have always been very attentive and responsive to the needs of the community as well as their tenants. The entire staff works quite hard at maintaining a great place to call this property home for everyone. I look forward to working with Jada and her team for years to come!

I moved to 10X ( former Colonnades Luxur ...
I moved to 10X ( former Colonnades Luxury apartments) 4 years ago  and have been an absolute good experience living in this beautiful place. But I give tons of credit to a very professional team lead by the property manager Alix, her office team always ( Lexy, Shavon, Niurkys) receives you with a smile and always solves any issues that we might need. We have a 2/2 on a first floor and every time something needs to fix or replace, Jorge the Maintenance Manager sends his amazing team immediately every time. My ac  unit was acting up so I put it the order and literally 45 minutes later a team of AC technicians showed up and replaced the defective old unit.  I have nothing but good things to say about my residency here with my family in these 4 years.
