A nice place to live. Pretty updated and quiet with nice fresh amenities. There's actually two pools to choose when you want to get that fun in the sun experience. Bring your tennis rackets, basketballs and workout gear.

A Spacious Townhouse with Room for Improvement I’ve lived in this community for several years, and my experience has been a mix of highs and lows.
The Positives:
• The townhouse I live in is spacious, which I really appreciate.
• I love living by the lake—it’s peaceful, and the wildlife adds so much character to the neighborhood.
• It’s a quiet community, which is great for relaxing at home.
• It’s pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus for pet owners.
• Destiny, the employee in the office, is a gem. She’s always friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to assist residents.
The Negatives:
• Most of the staff are unfriendly and rude, which can make interactions frustrating.
• The windows and sliding glass doors are extremely thin and not hurricane-proof—there are even holes in some windows. This makes it hard to keep the home cool during the summer.
• The trash situation is a mess. The bins often overflow, which not only looks terrible but also attracts rodents.
• My kitchen is very outdated. Despite living here for years, they refuse to update it. They started renovating units but then stopped, saying updates are only for vacant units. It’s disappointing to feel left out of improvements despite being a long-term resident.
Overall:
While I appreciate the spacious townhouse, quiet setting, and pet-friendly environment, there are serious issues that need addressing. The maintenance and updates to existing units, the trash management, and the quality

This is a great community! Beautifully renovated leasing off, and well maintained property. They even give us little gifts, like house plants!

I've been living at Atlantic Preserve for about four years now, and I couldn't be happier with the incredible service! Destini is absolutely amazing—her customer service is splendid. She always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. Because of her genuine care and dedication, I've decided to extend my lease for another 18 months. It's truly a wonderful place to call home, thanks to Destini and the amazing team here!! ❤️

This place is great!

Phenomenal property and exquisite staff!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the complex on our tour. The apartments are very nice and the staff is extremely kind.

Living here has been a frustrating experience due to the poor management. Communication is almost nonexistent, and issues in the apartment are either ignored or take forever to be addressed. Maintenance requests are delayed for weeks, sometimes months, and even after follow-ups, the quality of work is subpar. The management staff is unresponsive and often rude when approached for assistance. They seem more interested in collecting rent than ensuring residents have a livable environment. Basic amenities are not well-maintained, and the overall condition of the property keeps declining along with the POOLS always "having a issue" and being closed.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless significant improvements are made in how the complex is managed.
