Fake bird noises being admitted can be heard blocks away. The volume and noise that comes from the parking garage is insane, and will drive you insane. It absolutely bonkers, all in the name of trying to scare birds away. You will not be able to enjoy your balcony or any outside amenities. You will think you are going to murdered walking through the garage. Cannot believe the city allows it.

They play terrifying bird noises all day and all night on a volume that should be illegal. ALL because they don't want bird💩 on the cars in their parking garage. We stayed at an Airbnb across the street and our sweet puppy was terrified the entire stay. Not to mention you can't even try to enjoy time outside near this awful place.

Turn off your bird sound in the garage. It’s polluting the neighborhood. I can’t even enjoy a nice evening out while hearing these screaming bird sounds. Get rid of them!!!!!  Why???

It was my home for three and a half years. An excellent experience. The only downside is the dog walking area. There are some inconsiderate people who still haven’t learned to pick up after their dogs, which affects others who have pets. Very nice place, very clean, with friendly people, and everything is very organized.

What a beautiful and comfortable building to live in, located next to the marina in Miami.

Really bad security; vehicles get stolen frequently

Solid building, boutique feel, great views, good quality people in elevators. Staff also solid. Walls a bit thin and pool doesn’t get much sunlight, but gym serves its purpose and sauna nice perk.
