There was a shooting last month and I couldn’t leave the complex for 8 hours.  The pool has been closed since I moved in August 2023 and it’s now Feb 29th 2024. The kitchens are small only one person fits at a time. They don’t tell you at move in that parking is 100$ per person and only ONE GUEST per apartment per night (bc towing is from 9pm-8am) and one license plate is only allowed 14 days of the month to come and visit. There’s feral cats and furniture piles at every garbage. The gates never work so it’s not a gated community; the touch screen to try and gain entry to the complex barely works and will end up in you having to circle the entrances over and over in hopes you can slide in behind someone. Maintenance seems to be the only people that care but even then the cabinets under my sink SMELL and every time I put in a ticket they just put draino but the horrid disgusting smell never leaves. The balconies are literally 1X1. Dogs poop everywhere even on the paths. Strange people are always walking around at all times of the night. This place is just horrible I can’t wait to leave 😒

Millie is absolutely great! My family and I have lived here many years and millie has provided us the most amazing service. She is very helpful, helps us answer any questions or concerns. She is professional, understanding and sweet.

Excellent rental community. The people of the Office are very cool and helped me a lot. I recommend this community.
