As a new resident, I had a wonderful experience at 7 West. The leasing agent, Ms. Milagros Guerrero was very kind and professional through the process.

I have lived on 7th west for about 7 years and I have never been treated so badly, as the new “manager” Halle Fernandez did… Mrs. Millie is a very good person and kind, nothing to say about her… the manager called my dad and was incredibly disrespectful to him saying, and I quote “you owe me money, you have to pay me now” like she owns the complex, and my dad respectfully replied that he understood, that the situation is difficult but that before the 13th we are going to pay the remaining amount… she with an arrogant tone and humiliating him, said that if she wants she could not approve another renewal , much less transfer us to an apartment of 3/2. My sister and I went to the office to complain about what happened with my dad and the entire time we were there she with an ironic and mocking smile, told us that effectively, it was her who called my dad and that was my dad’s fault for not paying every month on time. I told her that she had no right to call my dad to humiliate him and and treat it like a rag, that he has always been a very respectful man and we have always been good tenants, despite the lateness in the rent, due to the current economic situation of many people, but anyways we have never stopped paying! She told us and I quote "yes poor dad who has you as daughters" and she told me your dad is almost in the streets and you don't help him pay" as if she lives in my house.. she crossed the limit of disrespect... she also asked us if we were going to tell her how to do her job, to which I responded, "well apparently yes, because you don't have the slightest bit of education or manners" the worst "manager" since I lived here. Just to let you know another detail…. the pool never works or is closed, the gym is all dismantled they never clean it, the air is always damaged. There are roaches in all the apartments. The gate doors never work. There have been 2 to 3 violent incidents in the condominium where the police have arrived more than 3 times and they close the condominium for hours and hours until they resolve the case. But they do charge you 10% of your total rent if you are late, or to humiliate and disrespect the tenants there if they put in the effort and time. In the last renewal they raised our rent by almost $700. Do not live here, at least not under this management.
