I have been living here for 3 years, now there is the best management of all, the changes are very noticeable, I moved from a 2-bedroom apartment to a 3-bedroom apartment, and they helped me with everything.  The team is very friendly, executory and very professional. Thank you Marcela, Brayan🙏 and Nathalie, the maintenance gentlemen!!! The best!!! They made it easier. Great equipment. Thank you Thank you

The surroundings are very beautiful and the apartments are cozy

Don't even think about moving to this property, it is a total disaster, when they gave me the apartment there were broken closet doors, the air does not cool, the refrigerator had a bottle of water, and the dryer had a noise, the kitchen floor water was emanating, a TOTAL disaster, it took more than a week to repair things, and when I delivered the apartment they charged me for a lot of things that were damaged, and I can assure you that I delivered the apartment much cleaner than I received it, in the parking lot at night there are people drinking liquor and playing music, and it smells like urine in the parking lot, if you want to live in peace this is not your best option.

Upon calling the main office, I was immediately greeted by Natalie, who patiently guided me through the process of submitting a maintenance request via the ActiveBuilding portal. When we encountered a technical issue with my account, Natalie promptly identified the problem and walked me through the necessary steps to resolve it. She then went above and beyond by taking my maintenance request verbally over the phone. I was delighted to find that my request was fulfilled the very next day. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional customer service provided by Natalie and the Cascades at the Hammocks maintenance team. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained place to live.
