Ashley showed me around the property. Super friendly, very efficient and helpful.

We are very happy with our home here at Toscana.  It is clean and enjoyable to walk around outside with our baby. It’s like living in a park.  We are on the 3rd floor and love the balcony view of the trees as well as the vaulted ceilings. When we submit a work order the staff are fast to respond and friendly.    I love that it is a family friendly atmosphere and also very peaceful.

I've lived at Amli Toscana for over a year now and love it. When i first signed my lease, Daissy, Ashley and Danny were all super helpful! Maintence always keeps the property looking nice and modern. The very few times I have ever had any issue with anything in my apartment it was fixed immedately. The amenities are always kept super clean and I would reccomend anyone to live here at Amli Toscana.

The breezeways are SUPER nasty. They do not clean trash, dirt, leaks, spills, three shrubs, or mud from in front of your apartment. They, allegedly, power wash the breezeways periodically. After weeks of me, tracking filth into my apartment, I personally walked to the office for a service request TWICE. It was cleaned 3 weeks later. The front of my apartment was absolutely filthy for nearly 2 months, and it only got worse as the days, weeks, and months went by. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Beware, this complex are filled with raccoons and possums that vandalizes trash in front of your door. This is very concerning, especially if you have small dogs and children. Trash sits in front of your door Until way after midnight occasionally. My children have ran back in the house in fear of the possums and Raccoons that lurks outside our door, Vandalizing trash, on a daily basis. The apartment has roaches 🪳 and water leaks that was been reported for nearly 7 months. Roach traps illustrated served as evidence of the roach infested apartment. Also illustrated is the Front porch/breezeway that became the restroom for the raccoons 🦝

Very good place to live.. they are supportive.. management  is very good.. specially, Ashley thank you for your service and support..
