Royal Palm Place Condominium

There have been many changes recently as a result of the complaints and hard work from owners and residents. New management company has taken over and the condominium is on an upward trend to what it should have always been. There is still work to do but it is much better now than a year ago and will continue to improve.

If you are thinking about moving to this place, think carefully!!! It is a tragedy to find a daily parking space for your car, you cannot receive visitors because there is no place to park, the tow truck comes and lifts your car without respecting that you are a tenant of this condominium, I do not advise it, you will live a nightmare

Beautiful and good condominiums, very peaceful and perfect.

Now they say that you can't drink in the pool where in my entire life of 3 years living here it has been possible and also the president is disrespectful. The other days my sister went to ask about celebrating a birthday and knocked on the door They won't answer and they say, “Hey, don't knock on my door so much that it won't be celebrated at all!” (With very bad form) honestly this condominium is not recommended and there is also a condominium dictatorship

The apartments are excellent to live in, the past association was the worst I have ever dealt with in my life, I moved from there and I have been waiting for 5 months for the return of the deposit, the answer is that they have not been able to finalize the agreement with the management company, I am writing to you to the Royal Palm Place email and they never respond, I had contact with a person named ERI from the new board and he never answered my messages.

New management is making this place more enjoyable to live. However, it does flood when it rains and there’s two little parking for too many cars.

Under new management! Still pretty bad parking problem and flooding, but all of our other accommodations are slowly coming back, and the community is slowly starting to become beautiful. Again, thanks to the hard work and effort, trying to reverse all the damage that the previous management did!

With the new board it is now a great place to live.

Dirty, many inconveniences, when it rains the street floods
