I too agree with Dubstep, I have lived here for approx 18 months so far, recently the building started giving everyone and anyone tickets for $100. It's so bad and other renters have expressed the same frustrations. Until last week I never had a problem here. In the last week I got 2 emails saying I violated 2 rules. These quips are things that should simply be emailed to tenants about, a box left in a hall way and a personal size pizza box put in the chute for trash, minuscule issues. This isn't the crime of the century by any means, They can have the money , the money is not the issue, the issue is feeling constantly watched where someone would have to have been watching me randomly at that time or going back to that time to see it, both occasions I was alone in hallway so nobody saw me, my unit number wasn't on either box nor my name. For a building that promotes itself on class and luxury, the need for $100 is truly suspect and leaves a cheap feeling within. This building is so luxurious, so you must be really desperate to need my $100 but you can have it. I'll rent elsewhere, I dont need the building, the building needs me and as I scroll other reviews I'm seeing a lot of the same complaint and over time the rank of the building will go down and down and cause less and less people to want to rent here causing financial losses to those who own homes here. Prinicipal outweighs $$ here. Management will respond to my review with some lumpy retort of some sort but my advice is to rent elsewhere
