The worst valet company that can exist in Miami, what a horrible service from these people. They urgently need to change the Valet Parking company.

The new valet company is the worst, the service and the prices are the worst.

I went to visit a friend in this building, I came out from work and I still had my work clothes on, at the reception an employee named Jonathan asks me where I'm going, takes a photo of me and calls my friend to give me access, Initially he treated me with discourtesy and asked me if I was there for a delivery, I told him no, immediately after giving me access he got up from his chair and approached me asking if I had a drill in my backpack where only my laptop was, I told him that his treatment seems rude to me and he tells me that he doesn't know what I have in my suitcase, that the alarm I don't know where was activated, I have felt discriminated in this place and I am going to file a formal complaint for discrimination in the U.S.  Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.

Management has held my security deposit hostage for more than 60 days and Katia the GM of association has ignored 50+ emails along with her staff asking for a simple update, The building is amazing. The staff not so much, as I was charged a $100 fine For throwing trash away without a bag, I asked them to reconsider and instead they increased the five times the original amount. I was ultimately robbed of $500 that was deducted from security deposit They have continued to hold hostage for more than 60 days after moving and Found a loophole for throwing a piece of trash down the chute. Make sure to read the 700 pages and all the building rules so they don’t steal your money when you move out. The Management office Clearly has forgotten who pays their salary And treat The same people who pay their salary, as if they are some sort of peasants when none of them could ever consider moving into a building of this kind Pretty comical will provide a follow up hopefully soon if I Ever get my money back
