We stayed in apartment 1112, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The single beds’ bedding was unacceptable : low-quality mattresses, polyester sheets that were stained, and an overall lack of cleanliness. As a result, our children slept very poorly due to the uncomfortable and substandard bedding. For the price we paid, which was quite high, the comfort and quality of the accommodation were far below expectations. The apartment does not justify its cost.
Additionally, despite raising the issue and requesting compensation for these significant shortcomings, no reimbursement or solution was offered, which is highly unprofessional.
I strongly discourage others from renting this apartment and recommend looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and worthwhile stay.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Design District. Have your walking shoes ready, as there’s plenty of things to do in the area.

I have been at this location for over six weeks and at first I was very happy, but the Nomada itself with works on its own. The condominiums and the association work separately, so there are rules and regulations. I’ve had a couple mishaps the biggest one they took my sandals from in front of the door, saying you can’t leave anything outside of the door and there is no written statement like nor notification of any sort.   I spoke with a guy from the association, he said directly that he authorized it. And the supervisor in the front desk spoke to me like she was my mother, pointing a finger and saying if it happens again, do I understand it will be thrown out for sure. I tried to speak to management about the management association, He wouldn’t even listen to me when I tried to talk to him, kept cutting me off. So overall, I paid all this money and they authorized to throw out my sandals because it was left at outside after I shouted out my garbage.  I don’t recommend this place and the people who run the property do not know how to speak to their guest! You pay a lot to stay here but they are not kind, respectful nor helpful.  So to anyone who comes he be aware authorization is release that anything in front of the door, WILL BE THROWN OUT!

Nice place to go

When we got there the room was dirty from previous residents. We then asked for our money back for the first day but we got ghosted. Also there is a very loud train station right next to the building so have fun getting woken up at night.

Lived here for 2 months, really a quality building & I’d say best airbnb building in Miami. Great staff, good crowd in elevators, great location. Only qualm is walls can be a bit on the thin side. Would stay again.
