ARIUM is truly a gem in plantation, from the location to the amenities, the calm environment surrounding it & the Management team, it’s truly the best fit. Roberto (the leading manager) was very attentive during the move in process, he took the time to go above & beyond every detail & was always on top of the process. Truly a great team!

Arium Siena Cove has been an amazing place to call home! Alex and the maintenance team are fantastic—always quick to address any issues, usually the same day or the next. Roberto, the property manager, is polite, efficient, and a wonderful addition to the front office. Parking is never an issue, and the community is always well-maintained and clean. The amenities are a huge plus, including the private gym, dog park, and community swimming pool. Everything here feels thoughtfully designed to enhance the living experience.
From day one, living here has been a pleasure, and I’m excited to renew my lease. Huge thanks to the entire Arium team for making this such a great place to live!

Unprofessional! Please do not apply here. I applied two weeks ago and has been calling amd emailing and nobody are responding to me. Every time I call no one answers or the person working on my application suddenly isn’t at work. Please save yourself the time and headache!
