Lulu made my transition into my new apar ...
Lulu made my transition into my new apartment an easy process. She very delightful and pleasant individual. I would recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to ask for Lulu.

I wanna say that this property is so nic ...
I wanna say that this property is so nice and quiet it’s beautiful has a lake pool gym also a chill spot for your pets the yard is so big and the people who live in the yard is nice the management team is nice when u walk in there is a lady by the name of Lulu she is so welcoming and kind she’s the best she helps you along the way with out a problem she’s allways available to assist you guys rock I must say thanks 😊

Being here since Oct I have to say for me when having to contact maintenance service and putting orders It has promptly taken care of as soon as possible
Nelson and staff of maintenance are professional and get the job done as they can
They are polite , professional and know what needs to be done and get it done
Also calling office speaking with Elisha most of the time , any concerns or questions she also has been right on
Up to now no regrets in calling Centro at Davie my home

Fabian is amazing! I moved in one week before going out the country and she made this the easiest process ever! From application to approval to obtaining my key was a seamless process! She’s definitely a gem in this community! I absolutely love the neighborhood thus far my neighbors are friendly and helpful ☺️

Great communication skills with the front office. We worked specifically with Lulu to get our place and she was extremely helpful. She kept us informed every step of the way prior to the move-in process. The places are kept clean and the community is very nice. All appliances, floors, vanities, tubs etc were updated before moving in. I highly recommend checking out Arium Siena Cove if you’re looking for a new place. Call and speak with Lulu.
