The entire community of Omega Villas is severely infested with termites and extremely poorly managed. These photos don't even do justice; I was forced to evacuate in May of 2024 because of health and safety reasons after living there for over a year. The wood is clearly rotting on the outsides of the buildings, my roof was falling apart and we had swarming termites year-round all throughout our unit. Also the pool is ALWAYS closed, the property management company Sunrise Management is absolutely useless, and the HOA are even worse. My termite-infested unit has already been listed on Zillor at an increased rate without having been fixed. This entire neighborhood needs to be remodeled or torn down, and the management company and all complicit realtors should be sued!
