Cleanliness and Maintenance
One of the first things I noticed was how impeccably clean Opera Tower is. The lobby sparkles with polished floors, and the common areas are consistently well-maintained. The cleaning staff does an outstanding job of ensuring that every corner of the building remains spotless. Elevators, which are often neglected in many buildings, are pristine and smell fresh, reflecting the attention to detail that the management team brings to the table.
Inside the unit where I stayed, the cleanliness was equally impressive. The kitchen was immaculate, with spotless countertops and gleaming appliances. The bathrooms were equally well-maintained, with no signs of wear or grime. The air conditioning vents, which I often inspect for dust in rental properties, were perfectly clean, further showcasing the meticulous care given to the property.

As a tourist in Miami this is my home for now it is okay The staff is nice, especially the guys that give packages and the building is clean. The biggest problem is the parking, I live on the 14th floor and every time I have to go "BY CAR" 9 floors! It takes 10 minutes to do it and it makes me so angry and as last the pool isn't working

Great building to live in Edgewater. The location is fantastic and the view are stunning from every single unit. Management department still need to improve.

Def one of the worst managements ever exist! It has been years that pool is not working, and they keep promising on some works and repairs, elevators not working properly, system of door locks from/ to parking broken and people get stuck in parking garages or stuck not be able to get to the car for hours. Elevators and corridors feel like sauna without any AC. Gym’s temperature somehow has been changed to 80. Like how incompetent you have to be to not be able to find solutions for those things for years….

This building has been managed by the worst management company. The most useless people working in this building.. They can't manage 10 sheep in their life but unfortunately they were here in this building. 100 times elevator brake down, 3 years pool not working, gym a/c 3 tomes per month not working. Could not be worse than this. Bit all landlords misktake they couldn't kicked their a.ss  and fire  those managers from this building

🚫DO NOT RENT OR BUY AN APARTMENT HERE! All the bad reviews you will se here are totally true! I have never seen a worse management  than in this building. Managers are extremely RUDE. They don't even look at you when talking, they lie and they dont want to help you at all. Security are also very rude ( not all of the but most of them).
The Elevators are constantly breaking down since a year ago. Pool is not working since year ago, also and it doesn’t seem like they have any intention of fixing it. Worse part is I got stolen in my own parking spot. They opened my car and stole all of my things inside. Of course managers didn’t do anything about it.
