Quiet community but a little disturbed to see 2 separate individuals walking around with BB guns hunting iguanas. I know it's legal but pretty sure it's only on your own property.

The gate set up is horrible. If you can find somewhere for similar pricing where you don’t have to exit on only one side and enter on only one side take that instead. Pretty frustrating my job involves me going to many different apartment complexes and I’ve never seen something so dumb.

Honestly, currently and with the administration that is made up of Admon Victoria Nunez, Assistant Veronica Flores, Maintenance Julio Espinoza and Cleaning Barrel Ingran, the Atlantic Springs Condominium is fabulous, Victoria and her work team have made our condominium more and more pleasant , I congratulate you
