Ok. I beginning to let’s know that I was living in Avalon Doral sense this guy open the building and my experience here was so good that I don’t want to live Anyway just have to say thank you to all the team and promise to come back as soon as possible 👍. I have to say thanks to Carla. And Gabriel for being so professional and helpful all the time.

Until when do they do these alarm tests? ...
Until when do they do these alarm tests? Last time it was almost 3 hours, ringing non-stop. It really is an abuse.

Management is always nice and helpful. Lobby is always clean and a nice environment, and parking is very safe and convinient. I love it here!

I really enjoyed my stay at Avalon Doral ...
I really enjoyed my stay at Avalon Doral, leasing crew is really helpful, Carla is very attentive professional and efficient. The units are fresh, fitness center is very complete and common areas are well maintained and nice. Avalon has been my company to go sine I started with them back in 2022 in their Fort Lauderdale location. I trust them and their people.

I have been a resident for 3 years, in a week we are going to move to another place, but during this time the support received from the office has been very satisfactory, especially that of Daniela, she is a wonderful being, empathizes with any situation and lends always collaborate with the best attitude!!! We are going to miss you a lot Dani!!! Thanks for everything 🙏🏽❤️

We moved in April and the experience living here has been amazing all these months, it feels like home to us, the amenities are great 10/10 we enjoy the gym, the pool and love the area. Avalon Doral staff is always so nice and helpful for everything, it’s for sure an amazing community
