The service and attention received by the collaborator Luis Mosquera is excellent, always ready and with the best disposition and attitude, all employees should have the same ATC policy.

From before I was able to move to Arabelle, Luis and Tasha were open to helping me in anything I needed.They immediately found a solution . The office here in Arabelle is filled with amazing human beings that are at your disposal to help in anything you need. Amazing hearts truly. Luis is always available for the residents even pass his work hours if it means someone needs assistance. I would recommend coming here to find a your new home, you will feel welcomed and appreciated instantly. Apart from amazing staff treatment the community is safe and peaceful. Maintenance instantly resolves your issues before the 24hrs honestly. Anything that is needed from the staff in this complex, it is instantly done for the residents.
10/10 in my eyes!. Grateful to live in this community🙏🏻🙂.

We have been residents here since it was first opened under different management. Recently we have seen our community lounge and office closed for “renovations” that are not happening. Other amenities like the gym have not been up-kept properly. We are required to pay our rent via money order every month now, due to a computer system policy. We were recently charged for 2 months for not having insurance that we actually have, and were refunded one month’s credit when the error was noticed. Today at 3am we were towed from our own spot after returning from the dealership with a brand new car. The office hours are cut and we were not able to get our new sticker for parking on Sunday, but had the same license plate - and again - were in our OWN spot. We are being told that it’s our fault and we need to pay for the tow and a new decal to park in our own spot again (LOL). We raised both of our young daughters here, and consider it home, but the situation is deteriorating rapidly. We love our apartment and location, but we now must consider neighboring communities in light of recent events. The office staff doesn’t seem to want to help, and pretty much put the blame on residents even though their policies are ridiculous. On a positive note, Luis and Tiana have always been friendly and helpful. Tiana especially remembers our past concerns and always has a friendly disposition. I hope that they focus their budget on re-opening the gym and clubhouse, as well as increasing security to prevent outsiders from using and destroying our amenities.

The staff in the office are very professional and nice. Tiana the assistant manager gave me a tour of the community. I must say that I love the area. I spoke to Tasha the property manager prior to coming to the community and she took her time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend touring this community if you’re looking for a new place to live.

If you are considering moving into Arabelle, please read my review before signing, I’ve lived here for 6 months and counting the days until I can leave. 10/2/2024
Arabelle’s resident portal was down, i wasn’t able to pay my rent, I contacted them, no answer, they finally answered on the 4th and even with proof of me trying to get in contact with them since the 1st they still charged me a $250 late fee.

I was getting harassed, stalked, and threatened on Arabelle’s property where I currently live. I filed multiple police reports and feared that living at Arabelle’s was no longer safe. They told me they would not terminate my lease that the safety concerns wasn’t their problem.

I put in a maintenance request because my washer broke. Maintenance came in a few days later hit the restart button and “completed”  the request, it still didn’t work, for weeks I put in request after request because I needed to use the washer. It got to the point that I constantly had to rebuy undergarments because I’ve been weeks without a washer.

Arabelle’s is fraudulently charging me renter insurance violations, even though I have provided proof of insurance and they won’t take it off my bill or give me a refund of previous months charges.

I saw a rodent in my apartment that came from the vent, reported it and no response.

My dryer is broken and I have to air dry all of my clothes by laying them on my couch. I’m sure it’ll be weeks until someone comes and looks at it.
The staff here doesn’t care about making this a happy home for you, they will continue to make mistakes and never apologize or take accountability, I reported them to the department of business for fraud, mismanagement and neglect.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Tiana, the Assistant Community Manager. I have been planning a move since last year to the East Coast, which has been stressful in and of itself. I have to say that Tiana went waaaaay more than above and beyond for me! When I first inquired about the community, Tiana was super helpful in answering any questions I had. Due to her professionalism I decided to apply as soon as I got off the phone. Since I am on the West Coast for work, Tiana personally helped me out by setting up a tour so my girlfriend could see the property for me to ensure I would be happy with my choice. I initially had issues with my application, but Tiana communicated with me promptly whether it was via phone or email. She worked around my hectic work schedule and even stayed after work some nights to ensure I could secure my apartment.
I am very excited for my move this upcoming March! We loved the beautiful property and the prices are great. Most importantly, I want to thank Tiana for her professionalism, diligence, and desire to help all prospective residents. You really helped to make this process seamless and less stressful for me.
I am a manager myself, and I would like for upper management to please acknowledge Tiana for her exemplary performance in her role. She is a great ambassador for your brand. It is very hard to find someone genuine who takes their job as seriously as she does. I chose this apartment complex due to Tiana's helpful nature, it gave me confidence in this community. First impressions over the phone go a long way, especially when you cannot personally tour in person. Her willingness to assist me and answer questions is something that other complexes in the area lack. I come from the hospitality industry, so I believe that those who do a job well done should be exemplified. Tiana, you made it happen!

I had an amazing experience living at Arabelle City Center and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home. The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and offered great amenities that made daily life enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Tasha and Tiana for making the leasing process seamless and always being available to answer any questions. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference.
Additionally, I thank the Maintenance Staff for their prompt responses and dedication to keeping everything in top shape. Any maintenance request was handled quickly and efficiently, making it clear that the team genuinely cares about residents’ comfort.
Overall, my time at Arabelle was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!
