Great staff and great customer service

This community is absolutely lovely! All of the ladies in the office are so nice and professional and the maintenance team works very quickly. Highly recommend living here. 😊

The Property Manager, Tika is beyond a pleasure to speak to. Her team also matches her energy all the way and I love living here. She keeps the property in tip top shape and the maintenance team always gets things done in a timely manner. Overall 9.9/10 would recommend.

Dear condominium management, I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service received during my recent visit. Keila, who was tasked with providing information about rentals, displayed an extremely indifferent attitude and completely lacked professionalism. Her lack of eye contact, minimal willingness to communicate, and overall disinterest were highly disappointing. Despite having visited various condominiums, this is the first time I have encountered such poor service. Unfortunately, her behavior fell short in terms of both courtesy and professionalism. I fail to comprehend how someone with such an attitude can effectively represent your company and provide satisfactory customer service.

Edit: After being here 7+ months, I don’t feel safe here as I’ve seen multiple people living at pool, breaking into gym, loitering and I feel as tho management is way understaffed to manage this property effectively. Management keeps saying updates are coming to gym and facilities, nothing has happened. No access to club house either and this is part of our rent fees. The pool is freezing unfortunately.
Tasha is also on top of it (Ive spoken with others who are so rude and seem very unpleasant) and the maintenance team is amazing. Corp needs to step in and give them more staff that can execute.

I’m really impressed with the management team here. They are swift with requests and concerns and are always proactive. They seem to be fixing issues left from previous management teams.
Beautiful complex but it has some draw backs. It seems as though there as so many people/kids in and out of the complex (and pool) and sometimes it seems like a Vegas hotel haha. (Pool parties a lot but not mad at it)
If I could give one tip for management, it would be to fix all the common area doors in the 5N building (gym doors and pool area doors)and actual apartment doors. They are slamming 24/7 (even at night) and are so LOUD.
Sound travels so easily here between walls, people underneath, etc… strongly dislike.
I also had a bug issue in the kitchen when I moved in. The bug/pest people sprayed two separate occasions and they never listened to my concerns. I had to hire an external pest company to fix the issue. $$$

Unprofessional staff.. they don't help you with your answers... Rudeness... they really need to improve on how to treat their customers! Instead of giving one month free rental stay.. give some good ethical training to your staff.. so bad at service..

I'm sorry to say that I no longer enjoy living here at Arabelle. There's just a new type of tenants here that continue to take residence here that are not only self centered and rude, but are also very careless for this community. The community areas are now dirty and unattractive. I feel really bad for the staff who have to deal with cleaning up after these new tenants. They leave areas from the dumpster chutes to dumpsters disgustingly unapproachable and the pool area is not as attractive as it once was. I'm not sure if the new management is fully aware of the incidents that occur on a daily basis, but between the constant presence of the local police pulling up with guns drawned and the smell of Marijuana that consumes this place as of late, I honestly don't feel safe walking my dog at night. It honestly feels like I'm back in the hood
