Avalon Toscana is a really beautiful complex, it has many amenities and the apartments are modern and pretty. Andrea and Twana are the best, they really helped me through the process of getting approved and moved really fast into my new apartment since I was on a tight time frame with moving from another country. They truly made me and my family feel safe, comfortable and ever since I moved they have helped me with every question and situation that I’ve had. They are so sweet and nice. The maintenance team is also really great, I had an issue with my sink and they came to fix it in less than 24 hours. I could’t be happier to live here and I feel really safe. I would definitely recommend moving here!

I recently moved from another state. I am a careful observer and looked at several properties within an almost 10-mile radius. While I chose Avalon primarily for proximity to work, I have now lived at Avalon in Margate for almost two full months and can unconditionally state that Andrea Hall and Twana Adams and the maintenance folks are of a “different cut”.  As a surprise walk-in, they both were welcoming, thorough and transparent.  They were extremely knowledgeable about the workings of not only this facility but also its place within the larger organizational structure but also and more importantly all the multiple software apps that now “modernize” latest trends in home safety and efficiency from the apps that open the various gates and facility amenities to those that help pay bills and rent on line. They are happy to spend as much time as you need to understand how things work; there were never any pressure tactics applied whatsoever. If you need anything fixed or don’t understand anything the first time they are more than happy to work with you. If they don’t know the answer they are happy to try and help find it. Quite simply they are knowledgeable, industrious, kind and most importantly honest and reliable.

My sister and I have been here for about a year now and enjoyed our stay here. Twana makes sure that the community can come together and have fun activities to enjoy, especially during the holidays. Also, the move-in process was very easy, given that my lease is up soon I will update about the moving out process...

Very friendly and helpful staff members.

I love my apartment. The staff is nice. If you plan on moving in to this complex; try to get the top floor because the quality of the building material is very low quality when it comes to sound. You literally hear everything from the tenant above you with footsteps and other noises. There is a huge problem with giving off sound vibration and echo.

Beautiful place to live! The staff is amazing 🤩 Andrea Hall is just the best consultant I have ever met. She is so consistent with everything not to mention communication 10 out of 10! From the moving process until now she ensures you are very comfortable.I just love it here ❤️
