I would like to express my deep frustration and discontent with my experience of living in this place. During the year I resided on the second floor, I faced a series of issues that have made this residence entirely unsuitable to inhabit. From the outset, the lack of sound insulation is evident. It is unbelievable that even the footsteps of the residents on the third floor can be heard, and it is even more disappointing that the management seems uninterested in addressing this issue.
The maintenance manager consistently displays an unresponsive attitude and seems to believe he is always right. Instead of addressing faults constructively, he merely resorts to criticism, which is entirely unacceptable.
It is clear that the management's sole interest lies in financial gain. The dismissive treatment of an issue with the internet connection is just one example of this prioritization of profit over the well-being of residents.
Parking lot security is another serious concern. Despite numerous complaints about the excessive speed of vehicles, it seems these concerns are not taken into account.
The situation reaches an alarming point when my correspondence was stolen, and a new credit card, requested by me, was used without my authorization. My attempt to seek help from the administration proved fruitless, as I was instructed to file a report due to the lack of security cameras.
It is evident that the tenant selection process lacks proper scrutiny. The presence of troublesome individuals in the community does not seem to be a matter of importance, as long as they meet their financial obligations.
The quality of the appliances is entirely unacceptable. Both the washer and dryer do not perform their function effectively, and in case of any complaint, the response is that they are not industrial-grade and that only a minimal amount of laundry should be loaded, which is extremely inconvenient and impractical.
Upon the conclusion of my lease, I handed over the apartment in an impeccably clean state. However, I find it entirely unfair that $100 was deducted from the deposit citing cleaning charges. The photographs provided as evidence, focusing on the oven, are entirely inappropriate, as it was never used, and I feel this constitutes blatant theft.
The only positive note in this experience has been the service at the gym and the assistance provided by Tyler, who has been the only effective point of contact I have had.
My experience here has been extremely disappointing.
