CONTRACTORS BEWARE! They won't pay up on signed contracts. They are scammers especially the HOA and the board members. They play games and go around in circles. Stay away or you will be taken advantage of.

Nice neighbors, nice pool. Clubhouse stinks, the carpet or floor should be change it and get rid of that smell. Poor lights at night. Bulbs lights should be bright enough not those yellow light bulbs that they have
