Palm Springs III

My mom has lived here for going on 20 years. This is a 55+ community and used to be wonderful until about 10 years ago when mom husband to cancer. Unfortunately for all the women in our family, luck has not been kind to us. At this hard time, my daughter, who is 29 came down with sepsis and epilepsy. She cannot drive to her endless neurologist appointments and other doctors, specialists. She has a pure blessing of a son who is 6 years old. My mom is in her 80’s and I am all their caretakers.  We received a verified letter today from Campbell Property Management that my daughter and her son were ordered to evict premises within 14 days and charged my mom $243+ for writing the letter to advise us of this news both certified and regular mail. 3 copies. Of paper. Can we fight this, I don’t know? I’m tired of women being broken down and ignored. If my Dad were still alive, this nonsense would never have happened. Lots more to the story… including stalking and slander but that’s for another time. Was a nice place to live at one time but, if you’re an old miserable person, by all means, move here.  Good luck with that.

Quite and peaceful area

Very well maintained area, very quiet, the staff and Robert are awesome very helpful when u need their service or any questions u have . would recommend this community for 55+ and over

CONTRACTORS BEWARE! They won't pay up on signed contracts. They are scammers especially the HOA and the board members. They play games and go around in circles. Stay away or you will be taken advantage of.
