Exelente lugar para pasar con la familia

Michael is such an unprofessional property manager we have been waiting for our deposit for more than 50 days and he only ignore us. NO RENT HERE

The property management is terrible, they are taking forever to give me my last month back and I don’t even know if they are going to give me my security deposit back because when I left after 3 months of living there, the lady that check the apartment was accusing us from doing things that they did, like damage on the stairs when they change the washer that wasn’t working, they don’t answer the phone, and Michael attitude is awful , there is never guest parking, I wouldn’t recommend living here for no one.

Me gustó mucho el concepto de casas en conjunto cerrado, muy nuevo y se nota que es muy buena la calidad de construcción, el lugar bastante tranquilo y cerca del Mall de Aventura, pronto tendrán muy cerca la estación del tren urbano que está en construcción, me gustaría vivir ahi
