I lived in Unit #1001-S for a year from Jan 2021-Jan 2022. Within the year that I lived there I witnessed multiple car accidents in the garage from idiotic tenants driving entirely too fast, as well as have been outside on my balcony in time to see beer bottles being thrown down to the street from high floors.
There seems to be a general carelessness to a lot of the residents that creates a lot of issues.
I would never ever live in AXIS again but if I had to it would only be on floor 25 or above because the sound proofing of this building is subpar.  I could literally hear the people mover announcements and chime word for word.
Dont even think you'll ever have a night of peace or quite if you live facing the train / above Marians because you will hear their same tired playlist every night and the whose who of brickell and their straight piped terrible sounding cars...  trash!
The Security/Pool Bouncer is absolutely ridiculous and totally takes all the fun away from the "Amazing yet unheated pool" when you have an off duty TSA agent walking around saying you cant do this / that when you haven't even offended anyone!
The amount of times an elevator or 2 or 3 are all out of service at the same time is unacceptable.
The residents of this building are awful at curbing their dogs and the side of the entryways are full of dog poop these owners can't clean up.
So happy I live in Miami Beach now away from Brickell and its chaos/smog/dirty streets and rude residents.
