I’ve been a resident at Azura for about 3 years now and lately I’ve been getting home around 9-11pm from work and cannot find parking! Last night was not an exception. As a resident with just ONE registered car and can’t find a parking spot after a long day at work. I decided to park right by the sidewalk after going around 10 times….this morning I wake up to go to work and my car which was parked (inside Azura property) has been towed. $175. I am now on an uber on my way to go get it. ALSO let’s not forget about my balcony sliding door.. since I’ve signed the lease I was promised a new sliding door since the one in my unit was with mold/ stuff that doesn’t come out and still nothing. If you’re going to move in please check your sliding door and know it’s not going to get changed any time soon. I pay $2,400+ for a 1/1. I will post of how the prices go up for this as well. The staff Angela and Elizabeth are always super nice!  but I guess it goes beyond their power to control any of this things. That’s how the front door gets unless you ask for it to be painted on top. And take a closer look at the sliding doors when you go.

Review: I recently inquired about bringing my service dog to Azura Apartments and I was shocked to learn that they require a doctor’s letter certifying my need for a service dog. This policy is illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which clearly states that housing providers cannot demand medical documentation for a service dog.
Under the ADA, service dogs are allowed in all public and residential spaces without the need for additional paperwork. Landlords and property managers are only allowed to ask two questions:
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What tasks or work has the dog been trained to perform?
Asking for medical certification directly violates these protections and places an unnecessary burden on individuals with disabilities. I hope the management revisits their policies and ensures compliance with federal law to avoid further discrimination against tenants with disabilities.
I would not recommend this property to anyone who values respect, inclusivity, or adherence to the law.

Excellent residence, very welcoming and the working staff is extremely excellent and attentive. The maintenance service is perfect, they will resolve whatever you need in less than 24 hours.  Very pleased and 100% recommended to everyone who wants to go live in Azura it is 10/10 in all aspects

The maintenance and attention to repairs and damages is very fast The Miss. Elizabeth, who treated us wonderfully, an excellent saleswoman and with very nice treatment.
The only thing I would like is for the clubhouse where the villa and TV is to be open more time.  , and that the application process was a little faster.

I have been living in Azura for a year and I can guarantee you a magnificent experience, the maintenance guys are fast and attentive, the clubhouse girls are always willing to help, the establishment in general is very clean and pleasant, 100% guaranteed

I was looking for an apartment a few days ago and Angela is awesome & very accommodating. This place is beautiful and very well kept. The amenities make it all much more worth it.

Living at Azura is an exceptional experience. The amenities are top-notch, from the modern fitness center to the beautiful pool area. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure every need is met promptly. The apartments themselves are spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with high-end finishes. I highly recommend Azura to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable living environment.
