It been a year since they have evacuated ...
It been a year since they have evacuated everyone. Thank God I didn't move in this place before. Supposedly it's under new management and it was going to be fixed. But have not seen any changes but an abandoned place.

This place is CLOSED; do not pay any fees related to leasing an apartment at this complex; most likely is a scam. I drive by daily and as of of today 2/22/2024 this place seems abandoned, not occupied for quite a while now

Good thing. It was cheap, that is it! Place smelled bad ( humidity) Bath faucet fell, the fan very noisy, Laundry is falling apart We were kicked out before our lease ended.

You pay, you apply, they approve you, you wait for the date your apartment is supposed to be, they never call you, they never answer the phone, that looks like fraud, taking your application money and ignoring you. It's like wasting time, illusion and your money in the trash. The owners should put more efficient people in the office.

When I went to the office to inquire about an apartment the young lady stated to me that information on website was incorrect and that there was nothing she could do about it. On their website it stated that they had a lot vacant spaces which was a complete lie . They need to update their website immediately. Also the young lady wouldn't even give me an application for the future
