This has been the most frustrating neighborhood I’ve ever lived in. I always clean up after my dog and dispose of the bags properly, yet I’ve had multiple people—seemingly just looking for a reason to criticize—tell me to pick up after her, even while I’m holding the bags in my hand. The building president frequently oversteps boundaries and creates an uncomfortable environment for younger residents. For example, he lingered near the dumpster for a long time, making me uncomfortable as a young woman trying to dispose of trash. When I chose a more public trash can near the mailboxes, he yelled at me from across the street, telling me I couldn’t use it.
He also instructs security to limit guest parking near his house, as if only his visitors matter. To make matters worse, the neighbors below me often scream excessively and fail to supervise their children, who have repeatedly hit my car door, damaging the paint.
This neighborhood has been unwelcoming, poorly managed, and stressful overall.

This place just sucks! There’s no view of anything or a happy place.

No Vista and for sure not Alegre. This place has no parking and so many rules, you can’t even ride a bicycle in here. Good luck.
