Bell Coconut Creek Apartments

A month ago, my air conditioning unit went out and it was over the weekend. Maintenance came out and they concluded that it had to be replaced so I kind of knew I wouldn’t get any kind of information till Monday  so Monday morning, I wanted to know when they would be coming out the cu air-conditioning company so something very simple but it’s important for me to know when they were coming out so I could be home So I called the office assistant manager Rebecca explained to her I already spoke to the maintenance manager, and he did a very good job but was trying to get a timeframe when the air conditioning company would be I explained to her is there anyway you could make me aware of it so I don’t have to waste the whole day today waiting around what’s going she got the information for me as soon as maintenance found out let me know. It was gonna be Tuesday morning. Give me a timeframe. And as simple as that sounds, it’s a big difference than the management crew that was here before so I want to say thank you to her. She showed me that she cared about my needs and maintenance. I want to complement them. They did a good job. They reacted they diagnosed it. And was very professional again I wanna say I’m happy for the new management We have a new manager I’m a person who will speak up if I feel it’s not right, but when I see the people doing a good job, I like to comment on them when they do good job so five stars for for maintenance and five stars for management team

Maria was very attentive to me, I enjoyed being helped by her.

I was incredibly impressed by the staff's professionalism. They were attentive, courteous,  and clearly dedicated to upholding high standards in every aspect of their service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with living in this condominium. The security is lacking—my motorcycle was stolen, and the gate is left open constantly, making it feel unsafe. Additionally, there’s a significant cockroach problem, and many other residents are facing the same issue. Furthermore, the management allows various companies to enter our apartments without our consent, even when we're not home, despite our requests to stop this practice. This disregard for our privacy and safety is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place until these serious issues are addressed.

As a new resident I am very please with the timely fashion in which all things have been attended to at bell coconut creek. Special thanks to Maria in the leasing center as well as Spence in the maintenance team. They both have made our move in seamless and extremely welcoming.

Bell at coconut creek really is the best! Everyone has been so kind and accommodating since my brother and I moved in about 2 months ago. I must, however, give credit to our absolute favorite member of the bell staff, Spence.
Since the day we moved in, Spence has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we feel comfortable and happy here in our new home at Bell coconut creek. All of our maintenance needs have been attended to almost immediately & he is consistently making sure we are taken care of (something I truly appreciate). It is so comforting to know if we need absolutely anything, Spence is there to assist us…he is the BEST :)

I have been living at Bell Coconut for 8 years and I recommend it. Excellent location and the apartment is very nice. I must point out that the service provided by the officer has been very good. I recently spoke with Maria Echeverria who was very polite and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
