Do not try to move over here. I was trying to rent apartment 504. The owners had me sign a lease do background check pay the deposit and etc. which I had to do all over again with the hoa, made no sense anyways I told the owners that I had two vehicles she said that was fine. Then when it was time to submit my application to the HOA a rude B by the name of Sasha said your car has two name on the registration I said yeah so it’s my car and my name is the first name so what if I had a co buyer, she said that the co buyer has to fill out a application even if he’s not going to live there, I’m like that’s ridiculous so he would have to pay $150 even if he won’t be living there? And if he gets denied I get denied. The apartment had a garage so I said ok take that car off I will just park it in the garage then the owners son Diego called me and said that was not a option after his sister already told me that was fine. They were very nice but didn’t understand their own hoa rules, wasted my time and money. I end up having to ask the owners for my money back and I lost my money for the application fee. Brenda the President for the Hoa is unfair and needs to retire her rules are ridiculous. Happy I didn’t get the apartment. Over there is old and not upgraded anyways. It floods when it rains and they tow the cars. They work with on call. Also the owners do not know the updated hoa rules, she told me one thing and the hoa told me another. I lost $300 just on application fees alone. Don’t move at the Belmont.
