Inverwood Condo

Having lived here for 2 years, it’s a really nice, clean, safe and fairly well managed community. Some community rules do seem a bit overwhelming but we have been able to work with the management amicably in almost cases!

Great place

Stayed there for a week visiting my relatives. Good place, enjoy the pool a couple of evening. Would love to go back and spend some more time hopefully longer too.

Went there to drop off an AC permit. We had an inspection that evening with the city inspector. It was 3:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday and the guard would not let my guy in the gate because he was driving a truck. He said when he told her why he was there she said she didn't care and got quite rude with him. Since it is too late to cancel our inspection the owner of the condo will have to pay a reinspection fee and reschedule with the city. Never encountered anything like even in the ritziest neighborhoods in town.
